“I had the most wonderful experience at The Bubble Mug Cafe at Pottery Cellar. Such a beautiful venue for my Bridal Shower or any type of similar event. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by the stunning atmosphere—everything was so elegantly decorated and perfectly suited for the occasion. The staff were genuinely the best part of the day. They were incredibly kind, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just perfect. Their helpfulness and warm smiles truly made us feel special and cared for throughout the entire event. Everything about the day exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The food was delicious. If you're looking for a charming venue with a fantastic team, I highly recommend The Bubble Mug Cafe at Pottery Cellar— things truly couldn’t have been better! I just can't get them crispy enough here!!! after ordering several times over the past weeks, my bartender today suggested that I order them burnt!!!! LoL!! c'mon guys.... when people say well done we don't want gross undercooked wings!!!! (the best wings ever are at Bru's room in FLORIDA,!!!!”

I had many guests come to me complimenting the food, staff and owner/chef Monica. It was a day I'll remember even more so thanks to this great venue. “My first visit to Skyline Beer Company was yesterday, to bring my kiddos to their advertised Easter Egg hunt, and I will certainly be back. Great beer, (enjoyed the B Berry) as well as great food and an expansive menu (had a delicious Buffalo chicken wrap, which I am quite a snob about, a basket of yummy dill pickles was the perfect appetizer/munchies for the kids and adults, great truffle tries). Because of the event, the place was quite packed and very busy, but the staff held it down. It really speaks volumes that they took the time and effort to hold such a great, family friendly event at their establishment, and I will be thrilled to come back again in the near future, especially in the warmer months so we can also take advantage of that gorgeous hilltop view.”

“Phyl is fantastic--she's fun, easy to talk to, and goes the extra mile to take care of her customers (even if that means delivering them cake tasting samples in the middle of a rainstorm!). Phyl was so easy to work with, using primarily text message and a few phone calls to connect. Her cake was DELICIOUS (and got so many compliments from our guests), and it was incredibly reasonably-priced in comparison to all the other shops we looked at. We will come back to Phyl for all our custom cake needs in the future.”

They are really attentive on filling your cup up, so you’re never sitting there thirsty the food is great. The prices are fair. “Ordered donuts & munchkins for myself & my toddler, who loves donuts (just as much as Life itself). Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite.The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. Was I being a total Karen about the level of cream in my coffee? How about a rogue sprinkle touching my bagel? Nope! I'm not the type of person that complains, unless it's a huge deal, and then I'm still apologizing for complaining. I had ordered my cheddar cheese bagel twist toasted w butter, he handed me a bagel twist, just grabbed it off the rack. So I asked him if he would please toast it, and I could have some butter because by the time I got home it would be nasty. So ya, that's where I went too far. I'm just glad I didn't give him a bad haircut!

Parking: The drive thru cuts right thru the middle of the parking lot, and the exceptional "Big Brain" drivers can't seem to get the concept of pulling up to the vehicle in front of them. So it happens multiple times a day that the line will be so long, you have a traffic back-up due to cars waiting to turn into the lot, but can't get in, thanks to those considerate drivers waiting, that leave a large space, when there isn't room, it blocks

Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair parking accessible spots right in the front where the entrance is; there are 2 doors one opens on the right, one on the left. The spaces are in front of each door.”

“Just left there and was totally impressed with the customer service I received from Michael in drive-up! It was so good that my teenage daughters were complimenting him on how great he was! I had to tip him because he deserved that AND MORE! Give Michael a bonus! It’s customer service like that ... that keep us coming back! It’s not every day that you receive friendly, fast, and accurate service in drive-up anywhere!! Fantastic job, Michael!”

“Dunkin's is usually great. But ever since the main st one closed this one has been busy. Just don't go there in the afternoon. They'll forget parts of your order. Ordered through the app. Had to wait over 5 mins to get the other one made while being ignored by workers. And for $5 drinks they couldn't do them all the way.”

“Excellent stir fry beef bowl. Half the bowl is rice noodles, the other half a fresh salad. The beef was sweetly spiced and very tender. The tea delicious. So grateful no music blaring. A quiet, serene dinner after a long drive.”
