“Family friendly, clean comfortable atmosphere. The best Italian pastries and cakes in Western Mass. There are several similar types of establishments but Giovanni’s has been the best I’ve tried locally and I make the drive from several towns over for their pastries, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, etc. I can’t recommend them enough.“

“Best baked bread anywhere! I am in my 60's and lived just a few houses away as a kid and always went there on Sundays. The Balboni's were so nice to everyone, all the time. I wish I still lived close by. the earliest memories of them, I was 4 or 5 years old. I miss those days (and the bread sticks LOL)“

“I've been with East Baking since August 2022 and I can honestly say that this is the best company I've ever worked for. They teach and train you and are always great with answering questions. The best part is you are appreciated for your hard work. I've also had the pleasure of working directly with Dan (the owner) who is always willing to help you with any questions you have. How many people can say that? 😀“
“What an amazing place. I was on vacation visiting my Mom. She said this place was great and we should go there. We went twice. Right after my plane landed. It was a little slow but I was just enjoying the scenery! The 2nd visit was the breakfast before I left. It was amazing! A yummy himemade quiche and fresh brewed coffee. I was in heaven! I also love the 4 little kittens out front with their momma. Over all it was a wonderful experience!“

“Not a big review guy, lol however experience only my own small business I felt compelled to just say that as someone who knows his way around a doughnut, these folks are legitimately a step above the rest. The atmosphere and friendliness, the unique ideas on an art form that seems what could possibly left to create? Well whatever it is these guys are for sure figuring it out. Counter staff was top-tier the donuts I can’t even get into lol absolutely incredible not to disparage the other local legend of donut dip, which I do love but I will just say you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t try this place. “went to the sarasota county fair before I left I want to buy two cinnamon buns before I left the fair. I bought two and I eat them with my wife when I got home. they ate the best cinnamon buns I have ever had!! five stars but I do wish they had a way you cam order online. Hopefully they have a way in the future because I can't go chase them down 😆“
“My family and I go every year to pick pumpkins and get pies and other baked goods from their farm shop. We got apple crumb pie and cider donuts this year and they were both great! Highly recommend.“

“Phyl is fantastic--she's fun, easy to talk to, and goes the extra mile to take care of her customers (even if that means delivering them cake tasting samples in the middle of a rainstorm!). Phyl was so easy to work with, using primarily text message and a few phone calls to connect. Her cake was DELICIOUS (and got so many compliments from our guests), and it was incredibly reasonably-priced in comparison to all the other shops we looked at. We will come back to Phyl for all our custom cake needs in the future.“
