We had a memorial dinner and through a cancellation we got a table and she checked on us through the dinner to make sure we were ok and kept us up to date about our table and how we could relax and enjoy our time. “we were traveling from Maine back to CT. I needed some breakfast and saw the sign on 495 so we got off. The staff and service was great. I think they had like 50 different omelettes to choose from. Plus many other choices for breakfast. I had an Italian omelette with sweet and hot sausage, peppers, onions, shrooms and it was delicious. I also had rye toast and coffee of course. My son also had an omelette but forgot what kind but he devoured it. I would definitely stop again if I was ever in the area.👍”

“As a carpenter I work in a lot of different locations throughout the year. I found this awesome place a couple weeks ago and Love It!! The pizza has a perfect sauce and the cheese, the cheese they use is the best I have had in this area!!! Cold subs, spot on. As far as the hot subs, I have only had a Staek and Cheese. And again it was great!!! Love the place!! The only problem is the job I am on will be done next week.......”

“Didn't end the call when I phoned. showed me compassion and patience while I repeated my order. The food was excellent. The "Greek" pizza. light crust. cheesy finish that's crispy. Quite sweet sauce with a strong oregano flavor. The cajun fries tasted wonderful. Despite some wilted Romaine parts, the Caesar salad was excellent. Will return!”

Vegetarian options: They don't have meat unless you ask for what's in the employee fridge. Stay away from the microwaved fish.

Kid-friendliness: I love walking into a silent place of business while children are running and screaming, I'm just that kind of weirdo.

Wheelchair accessibility: A good sandwich artist will never deny a handicapped person a wrap.”

“Wow! What a find inside this amazing old time novelty store masquerading as a gas station convenience store! Worth the trip! Prices are a little high and there’s no bathroom that I saw ( maybe have to go outside after asking for a key, I don’t know) but what fun we had! All kinds of old games, candy… give yourself some time to explore. Train going around the ceiling.”

I've enjoyed their take-out pizza before, but I recently went there for my birthday dinner. It was great!
Our server was Maridian & she was wonderful! My companion & I mentioned to her that we were planning to share both of our meals. When our dinners arrived, we each received a half portion of the meals, as individual servings. It was a perfect solution for sharing!
We shared the full meal of the Pan Seared Scallops & Harvest Ravioli & the small portion of the Shrimp & Scallop Risotto. ♥️♥️
According to their website menu, the Pan Seared Scallops & Harvest Ravioli was a delicious combination of butternut squash, pumpkin & sweet potato raviolis, creamy sage brown butter, cranberry chutney, roasted pepitas & micro greens.
The Shrimp & Scallop Risotto was shrimp, sea scallops, spinach, corn, roasted tomatoes & saffron risotto.
Both of our choices were fabulous!

“Went here for lunch — the food was actually really good, and the place had a nice, quiet vibe with only a few other customers around. We spent about $74, and overall the meal itself was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. The waitress was very rude and had a noticeable attitude the entire time. We ordered a lunch combo that included a salad, but it was never brought out. We also asked for straws with our drinks, and not only were we ignored the first time, but when we asked again, the waitress snapped back loudly with “I heard you.” Totally uncalled for and unprofessional. We still left a 14% tip out of respect — but honestly, it’s disappointing when good food is paired with that kind of treatment. 👀 A note to the owner: This is a people business. Good food alone isn’t enough — customers need to feel welcome and respected. Please keep an eye on your staff. A bad attitude at the front of house can ruin what could otherwise be a great dining experience.”

The experience ordering online was not the greatest from the women who answered the phone but the only thing that made it a 5 star rating on service was the hostess ( Jessie - not sure spelling correctly) that was someone different who I spoke with on the phone was excellent.

She is so kind , friendly, her interaction with customers was 5 star as i was waiting for my order. She needs to be recognized by the 99 in Westford for being a friendly face for your restaurant.”

“FABIOLA, Manager & VALERIE always provides exceptional customer service! It is always so nice to see their big smiles and always feeling welcomed. I also see it consistently with other customers as well! They are truly assets! They are also always so calm no matter how busy the lunch rush is. It is commendable. In addition to all that they are human angels on earth! I had lost my purse on May 23rd (sorry for the delay, been meaning to do this sooner) and called a couple of times and the first person I spoke with was a man who told me it wasn’t there and I asked him to check the bathroom and he again told me it wasn’t turned in. Later I called and thankfully the call was answered by the Manager, Fabiola who sincerely apologized that the other employee told me it wasn’t there because it actually was there the whole time and I was SO extremely grateful and relieved to both her and Valerie who found it and kept it safe for me! I appreciate you, FABIOLA & VALERIE so much! They wouldn't even accept money as a reward! They told me that they were just happy to have found it and to have it returned to me as they understood the feeling of losing a purse. They were just so extremely kind and really always go the extra mile with a smile! Please recognize and promote these exceptional star employees!!! Forever grateful and appreciative to you both!
