“FABIOLA, Manager & VALERIE always provides exceptional customer service! It is always so nice to see their big smiles and always feeling welcomed. I also see it consistently with other customers as well! They are truly assets! They are also always so calm no matter how busy the lunch rush is. It is commendable. In addition to all that they are human angels on earth! I had lost my purse on May 23rd (sorry for the delay, been meaning to do this sooner) and called a couple of times and the first person I spoke with was a man who told me it wasn’t there and I asked him to check the bathroom and he again told me it wasn’t turned in. Later I called and thankfully the call was answered by the Manager, Fabiola who sincerely apologized that the other employee told me it wasn’t there because it actually was there the whole time and I was SO extremely grateful and relieved to both her and Valerie who found it and kept it safe for me! I appreciate you, FABIOLA & VALERIE so much! They wouldn't even accept money as a reward! They told me that they were just happy to have found it and to have it returned to me as they understood the feeling of losing a purse. “The Farmhouse Café is such a cozy little spot — perfect for a relaxed morning. We loved the breakfast and the coffee; both were fresh and delicious. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We’ll probably skip the baked goods next time, but overall it’s a great place to start the day!“

“Moved here from yelp: I always have a great experience at this location. The management staff are fantastic, even though I miss the ones that have since moved on to other locations (Burlington) or jobs. They always give a friendly greeting and modify drink orders to be just right. I also love that the Cafe Nero app has a student email verification for drink discounts - makes it more cost efficient than Dunkin or starbies.
One note is that you need to ask for the matcha to be made darker green if that floats your boat, and it makes you pay extra for that in the app. The actual matcha powder is quite good though.
One more note is that I have noticed the sandwiches have less content in them then they used to, to the point where now there are entire bites of just bread. I definitely have to inspect the sandwood options now before purchase and cannot buy them on the app ahead of time due to this.“

The family that owns it, are so nice. The food is incredible. I tried the toasted butter bread, crispy chicken egg rolls, and stir fried flat noodles with chicken.

“We went here on a whim to do the indoor skydiving.

Got here and tried to purchase a Groupon for immediate use but apparently they can't honor Groupons unless they are 24 hours old. (Just how the system works.) Went with just having my daughter go, which was pretty pricey but I guess it seemed worth it. They upsold me on the "go higher" package, which I'm sure she enjoyed, but don't get the photo/video package unless you are okay with uncut fisheye video of the session plus another upsell of a photo package. (Photos aren't by a professional photographer... just one of the employees with a dSLR and direct flash.) They do allow you to take photos and video from the outside, though... but the Plexiglass is very smudged and streaky, and the lighting works against you if you view from the outside.

The instructor, Alex, was great with everyone, though. Everyone was VERY friendly and accommodating. Despite the price and the stuff I mentioned, I would recommend a visit as long as you have the dough to spend.“

“I had the best chicken sandwich the bread was amazing and toasted to perfection, paired it with an Italian Hot Cocoa. Not to mention the great and friendly service I highly recommend the Church Street Cafe for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 😁“

“I first tried this place while working at one of the businesses in the industrial park in which it is situated. But I’m pretty sure anyone can eat here during hours of operation. There was a hot grill with rotating daily specials as well as fresh cold sandwiches and grab&go items. Prices were reasonable and the location is very convenient to the nearby businesses.“

Service was excellent even though it was really busy. The woman who worked the counter had a nice positive friendly attitude throughout our time there. “Two years ago I switched my allegiance from Haute Coffee in Concord, MA to Nibbana Cafe in Lowell. While the coffee at Haute is indeed very good (Counter Culture beans, not local), I find the staff there a bit impersonal. Seating is also quite limited. Nibbana has equally good coffee (if not better, which is really saying something), provided by Tiny Arms, a local roaster. There is plenty of seating and parking at their location at Western Avenue Studios. The coffee is generally light-to-medium roast and they offer an array of interesting, unusual coffee drinks (I only drink espresso, straight, so I can't comment on those). At the time of this review, they have been cranking out lots of new food items. The staff is extremely friendly, always offering a welcoming smile and an enthusiastic "Enjoy!" when I pick up my order. The owners truly live by what Buddhists call "right living". They are very community-focused, and it shows. If you haven't checked out Nibbana, you're really missing out on a special place.“

As soon as we arrived to Mill City BBQ we felt welcome here all thanks to Renay, the sweet lady that took care us of at the bar top a few nights ago.
