The heat is the headline but the flavor is what keeps you coming back, and the two are balanced well enough that even at higher spice levels the chicken still tastes like something rather than just burning.

The spice levels are worth taking seriously. The extra hot is genuinely challenging and rewarding in equal measure if you have the tolerance for it, but the mid-range levels give you enough of the flavor profile to understand what the kitchen is doing without requiring a recovery period afterward.

The seasoned fries are a natural companion and hold up well alongside the tenders, and the sliders are worth knowing about if you want to build out a larger order across a few different formats.

“Bonchon Quincy on Newport Ave is a great Korean restaurant with crispy, flavorful fried chicken and delicious sauces. The food is always fresh, portions are satisfying, and the staff is friendly. Clean space and a fun spot to enjoy Korean comfort food.“

“They were extremely polite when I called to place an order. I ended up getting a pupu for 2 and a small lo mein and a few minutes later I called back to add a dumpling and got the free pork fried rice and they didnt have an issue with it very welcoming as well when I walked in to pick it up. Also lots of pictures to help people choose what they want if they're not sure what they want. Well anyways the food was actually great. The shrimp were a bit different for me the long stick ones but they was fire. The rice was on point too. Everything I ate was actually tasteful tho. 5 stars for me for the experience and the food“

“My nonprofit group enjoyed a private party at Tokenfire. The hot appetizers were a great start to the party, with meatballs, pork dumplings, the best brussel sprouts and savory flatbreads. We enjoyed the authentic Shepherds Pie, perfectly grilled salmon, and a vegetarian pasta dish. Dessert, including a fig bread pudding with salted caramel gelato and tiramisu was fabulous. The service was excellent and the ambiance was delightful. I hope to return when they have live music.“

The chicken fingers were hot, crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The Texas toast was buttery and delicious, and the fries paired really well with the famous Cane’s sauce. The food came out fast even though the place was busy.

“We've been a big fan of the amazing food here for a long time. Crispy chicken, excellent flavor options. But the true wow factor is the service. We ordered through Grubhub, and somewhere in the ordering process Grubhub changed our order location to Cambridge. While Grubhub offered absolutely no help in the issue, both the Cambridge and Boylston St locations worked together to transfer the order to the correct location. This ensured we were not double charged and that we still got our food at the time we needed it. We are so grateful, and excited to eat our delicious BBQ chicken!“

“This place is good altho it depends on what you order. I got some noodle dish and it was enormous and very filling but not much meat. Oh well. Other diners I saw received massive portions of what they ordered, so that's good. Busy, but came fairly quick. They had the world cup game on, which was great. I would come back, altho there are so many places to try here!“

I got #27 (3 piece chicken) with rice and beans. Big portion for a good price point. I paid 13 for that and 4 for 6 piece nuggets. Both were good. Chicken is delicious but salty. Be careful if you have cholesterol issues.
Small tight parking, good customer service, decently sized store, and they have sauce bar in the corner. Highly recommended.

The food is great and priced great . The owner is so kind and there staff . I love it here !I know it’s a little eye sore but don’t let that stop you from going inside . “I ordered online, paid with credit. Some how they have the ability to edit the amount/total you confirm/agree to pay. My bank statement had a charge a few dollars higher and it was not delivery charge or tip which I always give cash. Food was good. I contacted the store the next day and an employee tried to help me and told me they were aware of the situation, it was also reported by other customers. I have been waiting to hear from their Gen. Manager a Paulo Fernandez to resolve this "Theft" My bank account has yet to be credited the amount taken. Mr. Fernandez, Sir, You need to contact the customers affected before I go down to the court house and file a small claim suit, then take that report to the Patriot Ledger, then have your records subpoenaed, then file a class action law suit.
