“My nonprofit group enjoyed a private party at Tokenfire. The hot appetizers were a great start to the party, with meatballs, pork dumplings, the best brussel sprouts and savory flatbreads. We enjoyed the authentic Shepherds Pie, perfectly grilled salmon, and a vegetarian pasta dish. Dessert, including a fig bread pudding with salted caramel gelato and tiramisu was fabulous. The service was excellent and the ambiance was delightful. I hope to return when they have live music.“

“Loved the cozy, yet chic pub vibe and charming staff! We came to experience The Fed’s famous cocktails, but we were blown away by the food selections as well. When the staff heard it was my mother’s first time in Boston, Chef John made it extra special by creating a delicious Seafood tower for us! (The scallop ceviche was to die for!) The four of us sampled the pretzel, clam chowder and pasta dishes, and I’ll be making another trip back just to have the grilled asparagus salad again. So fresh and tasty! I gave ‘Mix Master Marco’ a challenge to surprise me with a cocktail, and the daiquiri he created was just amazing. (Now I wish I could remember the name of it.)

“I love going to this place, and we always enjoy the food, service, except today I request a glass of water with lemon, and the waitress brought me a plastic cup with water and lemon, sorry I don'tdrink water in a plastic cup, so nicely I ask her to change it to a glass , and she was polite, no problem, but next to us was sitting two elderly couple that since we walk in they were very upset because we sit in the next table, and as I was asking the young lady for a regular glass ,this older lady was talking trush about me, and the fellow who was sitting next to me though that because we are Spanish,we couldn't speak English, he respond the lady that Ibwas trush, I respect people, we are educated, and I didn't said what they deserve to be told ,because my parents educated me, I was raised here in Massachusetts, and probably have more manners than this old cauple, they show their true color, racist, think they own every space in the earth, shame on them, if they are so afraid of Spanish people they should not go out of their shell, I been living in Massachusetts for 55 yrs. I don't need to feel uncomfortable in any public place because of few pigeons that cannot leave at home their racism, they are ridiculous, we are in 2023 United State is not only for morons like them, the restaurant is nice, and service is great, probably this young girl is new, don't know what happen, she was nice , but like always there are people that shoyld mind there own business.

“Just had dinner with my friend Christine at the Mooring. Her Steak Tips and the entire meal was perfect and so was my Turkey Tip dinner. The server was very cheerful, friendly and took care of the entire bar, Drinks, Food, Keno everything! Absolutley awesome job. Lobster rolls came to mind and the Original Tommy Doyle's i have been told is meant to be one of the best in the greater Boston area. It did not miss the mark and definitely met all expectations

Apart from the good feed, we were very well looked after by our waitress - Erin - who did it all with a warm smile and kind words. Made the whole experience dining here all the better and so very memorable

Until my next trip back to Boston, will be dreaming of coming back here from 10,000 miles away 😃“

“Another fabulous slice of heaven. Around for a limited time. Supposed to close next year so get here while you can. Known as the best dive bar in Hull and the only one below sea level. I was promised to be amazed and this place did not disappoint! As my reviews may suggest, I love me a dive bar and this one is a classic. “We took a trip to Boston for our first time as a family a couple of weeks ago. We decided to try out this restaurant. The food we ordered was really good. The service could've been better.
Our server was not very pleasant. He wasn't rude, but definitely not personable.
Regarding price, I thought it was reasonable. Considering everything everywhere is expensive now. For our family of 4 it came out to around $64 before tip.“
