“Amazing, just amazing. It's a huge place with fields to walk and mini golf. They have alot of seating inside and outside. They make popcorn and other snacks too. The icecream flavors are incredible and everything I have had has been great. There's always a life but the staff is till always friendly and pleasant. Graham cracker station is a favorite. I love their strawberry shortcake special they had once also.“

“Ice cream, coffee and a bakery in the same venue, plus it's open year round. I love it and will probably try the bakery side (serving sizes for ice cream and coffee are generous, by the way), next time. It's a great place to come and go sit in Grafton Common or take a walk afterwards.“

“Update: Changed my review, because I was called personally with an apology & the owner let me know that he’d be getting their staff re trained & educated on the topic better. I understand there’s people who abuse the label “service dog” & just have ESA’s (which are not allowed in public). The apology was very much appreciated. The owner is very good at fixing any problem that might happen & is always willing to make things better for his customers.I don’t ever make reviews. But if you have a service dog please save yourself the trouble from bringing them here with you.I was told to leave when trying to order off the tablet because “pets aren’t allowed”, even after answering the question they asked, that I do have a service dog.Then I was asked to show “documentation” that my service dogs a service dog. There’s no official way to prove with papers that you have a service dog or type of certification. Even after informing the worker, they weren’t bothering to try figuring out what I was saying was actually truthful.The 2 things you can ask someone is, “is that a service dog” & “what tasks do they perform”.It’s hard enough to go out in public for me but after this experience it’s best I don’t return to this specific location for crumbl. It was extremely embarrassing that the worker made a scene in front of all the other customers.“

“Perfect stop after dining at bed barn and located right next door! I went for boring vanilla ice cream but added whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles. Husband got a Sunday with Moose tracks and mint chocolate chip. So good! They take cash and cards here. Staff are super friendly. They have indoor seating as well.“

“Personally our cookies were warm and delicious and we got them within a few minutes of ordering. The other customers in the store however were very disturbing, disruptive and rude, one of them even shouting about her order being wrong multiple times and complaining about a hair in her ice cream. Another customer kicked my car when we left because he was crossing illegally when I was trying to leave my parking spot. Weird experience overall, beware when going in person on a Saturday night.“
