“I'm sitting at the bar tonight with my friends looking at hand of the bartender system this place is busy she gets your order and your drinks right every single time“

“We get lunch from this place almost weekly and get teriyaki chicken salads, protein bowls or rice bowls. All of them are always delicious. We get the smallest two sizes because they are plentiful. They accommodate putting the chicken on the side, which is great for having a salad last two or three days. Their homemade pita bread is to die for. This time I brought my family dinner and ordered chicken fingers and fries that were fabulous, eggplant and a chicken parm subs that were both delicious and two dessert calzones that were orgasmic. Don't know which we liked more the fruit or the s'more. Only gave it a 4 for atmosphere because it's like a very busy sub shop with people going in & out and waiting for food and not a go to atmosphere to eat in.“

“Not a fan of the automated ordering, I wasn't able to make any condiment changes to my burger. I ended up just pulling up to the window to order from a human.
Not sure where the issue happened between ordering my food and picking it up 30 feet away but it was easily corrected.

Food was really good

One suggestion: keep a real person taking orders, the automation isn't quite there yet. I almost just left out of frustration“

“The employees are fantastic given how short staffed this location obviously is. The drive thru is manned by a single person juggling orders, payment and handing out orders by themselves. That causes the line to be backed up almost all of the time.

I’m sure the employees get verbally abused by impatient drivers for something that is no fault of their own. I always leave feeling so badly but impressed by their ability to juggle everything at once.

Big shoutout to the young gentleman working the drive through tonight around 11pm ALONE. He was SO sweet and polite even though he was running the entire show by himself. RUN out of there!! SHAME on the franchise owner. If you can’t fill the staff appropriately, then you have no business running a high volume location!!“
