10 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Worcester

“Food is hot and tasty, but portion size has decreased. Chicken strips are about a quarter the size they were since the first Chic-fil-A opened in this area. Recently the size of the cheese sauce has been reduced as well. Disappointing.

07/01/20 WOW...pardon the pun but they have beefed up the drive-thru service ! Organized and accurate.
08/28/24 Got the pimento sandwich (really good last season) but it was not the same as last time. Smaller, very little sauce or cheese. Disappointed. Will try it at another location.“

The service was extra great- I was in a rush, and they were kind, accommodating, and efficient. Perfect spot to get lunch/ dinner right across from Worcester Union Station (a minute walk from Greyhound/ PeterPan busses).“

“Went into Five Guys today at 12:30pm peak lunch time. 2/7/2025 Inside there were two very hard working men who were very friendly and pleasant. They got the food out in a quick with smiles on their faces. I hope that this locations values these two workers because they made my Friday lunch happy and pleasant. 10/10 would recommend!“

“Since Jersey Mike’s Worcester has opened we have been enjoying their subs weekly. Almost every single time despite ordering about a dozen subs they have succeeded in getting everything right. They are even kind enough to write peoples names on the sub so they are easy to distribute. I would highly recommend this location as the staff there do a great job making you feel welcomed and satisfied with your order. Two 👍🏻“

“Even though I didn't order Taco Bell but I did order KFC. The place is clean. The food is amazing. The service it's like very on top of everything. They must be very popular because they had run out of chicken, thighs and chicken wings on my bucket. But other than that I cannot wait to come back to KFC.
