“There are hundreds of pizza joints on the Cape. Most are terrible. Quietly Umami has risen. When you walk into a pizza joint and the owner/operator is pulling a pie with flour covering her Levi's and chef clogs...well, ur on to something. Carol, I think her name is, has the audacity to call out Pepe's in New Haven. She kills it. The clam pie is ridiculous. I'm so honored to live close by. Don't miss this one. She's special.“

So many places fall down on the wine list and pairing knowledge, this is not the case at The Pheasant. Texture, taste, ingredients, presentation, wine pairings, all were spot on! “How I wish there was a KKatie's burger in NJ! We visited while on vacation in the area. This was in the best hamburger of my life! The other 3 people said their's were awesome, but I can only speak for myself. When ordering, they ask if you want it pink inside. Otherwise, they're cooked well done. Mine was perfectly pink inside. The bacon was crispy enough to bite, but not crumbly / overdone. The burger was huge, probably close to a half pound, so go there hungry! I opted for the cole slaw side. It was creamy and delicious. Definitely made in-house. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! Please, please open one near me!“

We tried the limited menu window, located to the left of the main entrance—often missed by those heading directly inside. The Cookies and Cream and Death by Chocolate we had were exceptional. Alexis was friendly and knowledgeable, recommending flavors that perfectly suited our tastes. Amazing service and a fantastic local business you shouldn't miss!"“

“Well it's a Panera bread what can I say!? Staff is good the times I've been in there and the store has been pretty clean. I'm a real big fan of the French onion soup. Normally when I go to olive garden it is specifically for the French onion soup and that hunk of bread they throw in the bag. The soup here hasn't let me down yet so I will continue to buy my French onion soup. Thank you for the French onion soup.“
