It’s the kind of meal where you talk about the taste, keep sharing bites and keep eating long past when you are satiated because it just tastes and feels so good. (When we go in the much is more often then other places, it’s great.) My daughter’s well done burger was medium at best (1st pic), my wife’s MW was MR and my boys MR (2nd pic)were not cooked. These issues only arise when we take out. When we go in, things are great. I guess it’s insanity because we keep returning and expecting different results. No more take out for us… and hopefully for you. However, we will continue going in.“

Mike was simply exceptional. Just minutes after helping me, I came back to get a drink, and before I could even say a word, he greeted me by name: “What would you like to drink, Miss Michele?”

It may seem like a small detail, but it wasn’t. It was care. It was presence. It was a choice.

And it wasn’t just with me, he treated everyone around him with the same respect, kindness, and grace.

At a time when so much has become automatic, finding someone like that is rare. And it deserves to be recognized.

I simply wanted to give back, in some way, the same care I received.
