“Very friendly waitress named Deborah. Loud restaurant. Our scallop dinners were good. The mushroom risotto a bit undercooked. Clam chowder tasted great. Never had a blueberry white chocolate bread pudding. That was delicious and enjoyed by both of us! The tea service was elegant with a pot and cup in one.“

We had two pasta mains that were very well made, al dente pasta, flavorful sauce. Very cozy on a chilly night. “Just don’t get take out! So we really like the Nun, but the last few take out orders have gone so south. A few months ago a when I arrived to P/u our order I was told a Door Dash guy grabbed/was given our food. He brought it back, but not before a couple items were turned upside down in the bag and definitely colder than when they left the restaurant. The manager was supposed to take care of us a few days later when he was as in but we got crickets instead. We decided to give it another try for take out tonight. (When we go in the much is more often then other places, it’s great.) My daughter’s well done burger was medium at best (1st pic), my wife’s MW was MR and my boys MR (2nd pic)were not cooked. These issues only arise when we take out. When we go in, things are great. I guess it’s insanity because we keep returning and expecting different results. No more take out for us… and hopefully for you. However, we will continue going in.“

“Excellent customer service. It’s so easy to expect unhappy employees during these difficult times, but this is never the case here. Always friendly, smiling, genuinely happy. I ordered a burrito for my children forgetting 1 does not enjoy tomato’s. I came back in to order something more simple and the lovely employee gave me scrambled eggs and bacon in a to go bowl, complimentary. She didn’t have to do that. It was my error. So much appreciated. The food is fresh with flavor, and that’s hard to come by when ordering “quick” bites. Cheers“
