“Jane, the owner manager did unintentionally punched in a wrong order as we came almost closing time. But she immediately noticed it and offered the refund then corrected the order. Along the way, both of us doesnt know if the charge pushed thru as something like $3.24 is floating as we used a prepaid gift card.
Though both of us not sure if we were debited, she still offered items worth more than the supposed amount.
In the end she did not let us walk away without giving us something. We decline but she insisted.
A perfect example of customer service.

“Great little place! I'm quite lucky the last remaining Harvey's in my city is right outside my home. Harveys is a good fast food restaurant with great tasting food. Just maybe they would be popular again if they widened their choices more, like offering different bun choices (pretzel or brioche) more options of cheese like subway.
I do however have one little complaint and it's those crappy wooden spoons. Sporks come with longer prongs!!!!“

“I recently came from the Philippines and visiting this Jollibee honestly made me feel at home again, especially because of Justin. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with such a warm and respectful attitude that instantly reminded me of the hospitality back home. He was patient, friendly, and very attentive even though the restaurant was busy. You can tell he genuinely cares about every customer and takes pride in his work.

My order came out fresh, hot, and really fast, and Justin still made sure everything was correct before handing it to me. Small things like that really stand out. He kept smiling, stayed professional the whole time, and treated everyone with kindness and energy. It’s rare to see service this good nowadays.

As someone who just came from the Philippines, I can honestly say Justin represents the true Filipino hospitality that makes Jollibee special. Employees like him are the reason people keep coming back. Jollibee is lucky to have someone this hardworking and respectful on their team. Parking: The drive in was confusing since I went left (because of an exiting car no room anyways to the right) off of regent and not right. Went around and ended up close to where I came in.
Never been there before but found a spot and backed in. Felt like a lot of driver error but lololol!!!!

“Well the food was hot, I ordered big crunch combo, mentioned 3 times not the zinger, he came back and asked me again that it was the big crunch said yes, can you guess what I received, the zinger, asked for pickles on it several times no pickles, ice machine still not working, they gave ne a canned one instead.
Good food, great service today. A tasty $5 big crunch today, and it is nice when the cashier tells you to order it this way to save some money. Friendly staff and a good sandwich.“

“Nuburger Kenaston: I was greeted by two very warm and friendly gentlemen. One of them gave me a low-down on the menu as I had never been there before. My burger (monster something rather) was huge and soooo delicious! The fries contained the perfect amount of salt and crispness…you know when the ends have just a little extra oil and it adds to the taste😋However, nothing surpassed my expectations more than the service. One of the gentlemen offered to help carry my order to the car and held doors open. 120/10!! 😉“

And the new flavour she recommended was delicious! But then, before we paid, another staff member stepped up and asked us if we knew about an online Blizzard coupon, which we'd forgotten to check for. So we got a deal plus a new flavour recommended. This staff is on the ball.“

“Note that this McDonalds is in the casino. You cannot access this directly, you have to enter the casino and it is on the right hand side, all the way to the end near washroom. Food is standard and on par with the rest of chain, service is better and staffs are more charming than those outside.“
