“I was there today and it is definitely the best Burger King that I have ever attended. The food was great but the service is absolutely amazing. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant is very clean. It is my choice now for fast food in south Winnipeg. I was very impressed and fast food places rarely impress me. Great place.“

“I stopped by Burger King today and ordered a Whopper combo — everything was fresh and hot, but what really made the experience stand out was the service from Abhinav.

He was friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Even though it was a bit busy, he handled everything smoothly and made sure my order was perfect. He double-checked everything, got the combo out fast, and even asked if I needed anything else before I sat down.

It’s rare to get that kind of genuine customer service at a fast food place, but Abhinav really went above and beyond. Shoutout to him for making my quick lunch feel like a great experience. Will definitely be coming back!“

“Ordered 2 meals and and an a la carte patty for our dog to indulge through the drive through. The person had confirmed the order to ensure it was correct and although we just have to wait for a short time for a vegan sandwich, the food was great and the order was correct. Bravo! Thank you for having a plant based option. Even our dog enjoyed her Patty as she devoured it very quickly. Very friendly courteous staff. Even ensured that we had straws for drinks. Will be back for your Whopper Wednesday special.“

“Great burger king! I’ve been coming here for nearly 2 decades, as a child to now as an adult.

This location Burger King’s whoppers never disappoint, they will accommodate if you need extra toppings or less, and the BK free Whopper receipt deal with an order of fries and drink is too good to pass up as well.

Lobby is always clean and taken care of, good customer service the staff are adequate and friendly.

I loved coming here with family when I was younger, occasionally I still will. Now it’s a neat spot to grab a quick delicious whopper with my partner. Love this west end BK!“

“I enjoy Burger King once in a while, and this one was not bad.

I thought Burger King had better fries; these were like McDonalds' fries, with way too much salt and served warm but not hot. The burger was very hot, but the patty was really dried out.

This is a newer location and the interior is small, but pleasant enough. The service was quite fast.“

“I went at dinner hour which was a mistake. The drive thru line was insanely slow. The burger was great. Bacon double cheeseburger! I don't eat the whopper as it gets cold too fast. So food was on par for Burger King but the drive thru was the worst I've ever seen it.“

I usually do DoorDash deliveries overnight, and the staff here are always polite and professional. The guy at the drive-thru is especially well-behaved and makes the experience even better, he even offers me a drink if I have to wait more than 5 minutes. Small gestures like this really make a big difference. Highly recommend this location!“

“Love this Burger King location, the staff have never been rude to me and the drive thru is easy to navigate (no sharp curves and the speaker is easy to communicate with to order)!

I’ve only been inside a handful of times, but it’s always clean and there’s usually tables available. The bathrooms were also very well kept every time I’ve been in them. You get some interesting characters that hang out during the day due to its proximity to the bus stops at Confusion Corner, but don’t let that discourage you.“

“Navreet gave EXCELLENT customer service, she greeted me with a positive tone, had a smile on her face and kindly conversed with me while I paid instead of just being serious and silent. She understood me (through the headset) and answered my questions quickly, she didn’t charge me for extra veggies on my Whopper Jr, when she couldn’t understand a question, she politely asked me to come up to the window (instead of a long annoying back on forth over the headset), when I mentioned that the ketchup packets are very messy (specially when I’m eating in a car), she offered to put ketchup in a side container for me!! I truly appreciate THIS kind of service. I hope the rest of the staff learn from her!!“

“It's a bit dated but the service is good,even when I had a small issue with my order they went above and beyond,more than they really needed to. I keep going back because the food is good,the staff is good and the Crispy Chicken Sandwiches kick arse!! 🤘🏼“

“We haven't had BK in a long time, we came because of How to train your dragon special, surprisingly we all enjoyed our meals, 😄 The restaurant was nicely kept clean . Two downside is the washroom for wheelchair accessibility was locked and can't be used, no one was in it and it didn't have an Out of Order sign. In any other instances it would have been okay, but the use of a bigger stall would have made it easier for my mom. The kids meal didn't have toys, one of the reasons we decided to go there. They did provide an apple pie to compensate but the kids were a bit disappointed.“

“The lady taking our orders at drive through at around 10:30ish am was great and doing her best. However, I think there should be other staff helping her. Just one personal doing the in person orders and drive through is absolutely too much work imo. I overheard other staff being fairly rude to her as well.“
