I was given what they call a "big crunch", i have been eating the same sandwich for years. It is no longer anything like what i knew as a big crunch. They do charge more, but its more like a junior mcchicken from mcdonalds. It is not a chicken breast in a sandwich. Its like 4 chicken nuggets compressed and attached and breaded. In a bun. They still owe me money and food, from the last time i attempted to eat there.
There is nothing to write for food for a giant fast food chained restaurant. Its the service to talk about. I always order from drive-thru and it seems like they do the bare minimum to take your order and to make it. They never pay heed to the instructions. I always ask for no lettuce and no shredded cheese on items and they ALWAYS MISS. I always get lettuce and cheese no matter what they never listen. The chicken is great and very crunchy. I think this location has the best customer service. Every staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered my order for pick up but for some reasons it got delayed but the manager handle the situation smoothly. She explained the situation and offered me a free drink while I was waiting and she even offered me another drink when my order was ready because I had to wait quite a while.
