“The quality and variety at Tim Hortons is always TOPS! What adds to a favourable visit is the people working there. On a recent visit I had two Great Customer Reps; SUKHVEER & SUKHMANI. These two woman worked as a cohesive team. While Sukhveer was showing me (older senior) how to use my Tim's Online App, Stukhmani was puting together my order. They both smiled and knew each others moves so that my order was ready by the time I completed order, and payment. They have been trained well and so patient to wait for me to make purchase decisions, without any rushing or disappearing to go do something else. That's Customer Care! I really enjoyed the limited time Chocolate chip muffin with Hazelnut centre. Merry Christmas to them and others on staff who were also attentive to their customers.“

“This is a self serve Tim's. They have regular and dark roast as well as french vanilla. They also have the same variety of sizes but I didnt see any Tim's food. “This the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The staff and service are the worst. They seem to be at work as play time instead of looking after customers. The biggest problem is I have to ask for a napkin with my donut. They put two donuts in the same small bag which now the icing is going on the other donut. I asked for two separate bags and I got attitude from the worker. I am the customer and feel I was treated badly. The Manager and Owner needs to train the night crew big time. They need to treat customers with respect. The atmosphere now sucks because the place is dirty and the attitude of staff makes even the service a terrible experience. From now on I will go to Grace Hospital Tim Hortons closer to home and treated like a customer. Maybe even go to McDonald's Restaurant and still treated like a customer with a smile. “Service at Tim's on Northgate has always been exemplary. Keep it up. It's June 30, 2022, had hot chocolate and chicken strips. You guys are great!! March 16, Saturday night. Thank you for the hot chocolate and the good service. Not that I have ever had problems with my order. I know some people make the coffee shops not a nice place to eat and use the facilities and ruin it and make a mess. I was having my hot chocolate when I noticed one familiar girl I know from a group. They lined up to use the facility, out came one of her young friends and told her something and I asked what's wrong, so she told me. Even though i told her she should tell the staff, she said they only went there to get something hot and will go home eventually.
Favorite to order has been bb breakfast muffin without butter and coffee.

The staff I encountered were very friendly and made a usual trip to Tim Hortons, an extra pleasant experience. Enough so that it was worth reviewing a well-known franchise of which people are certainly familiar.

“One of the better Tims on campus. Offers full Tims Menu unlike the other one in Engineering or in Tier/ Fletcher Argue building. Great hours of operation. Closes slightly later than the rest of the other Tims on Campus. Has a great seating place to enjoy your coffee inside. Also accepts Tims card points and Tims Credit. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Line ups are long as hell at peak hours. Many times I have had to leave the queue when i am halfway cause i had been standing in line for too long or I had to run to a lecture. They should find a way of tactfully handling these long queues. Also, very limited power outlets inside. Not a great place to get work done if your device has low battery. Other than that its a great location. Tables are generally very clean for the amount of customers this place serves. Staff is under staffed but still amazing. Food is great and well prepared.“

“This is a Tim Hortons that is located inside the grace General Hospital most of the emergency entrance.It has limited hours and also I think the menu items are more limited than a drive-thru Store free standing.There are other hospitals that are in Health Sciences Center Saint Boniface Hospitaland others.I'm not sure if any of them have the good hours of the freestanding stores or the complete menu but I doubt seriously whether they do and I would call ahead make sure they're open.“

“The service in this Tim Hortons outlet is good and the staff is quite efficient. However, they have recently stopped accepting cash, which has made things a bit inefficient and awkward. I’m a daily customer and never use cash personally but I have witnessed multiple instances where customers stood in line for a while only to be turned down by staff because they only had cash. To improve on this, I would suggest that the manager of this outlet considers putting up at least one sign saying “We don’t accept cash” which is big enough for people to read from a distance, so that people are informed before they stand in line.“
