“My wife and I came up to visit Winnipeg from the US state of Iowa about a month ago to support our kind Canadian neighbours. This was our first time at a Tim Hortons. The coffee and assorted Timbits were good, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was comfortable. They had couches to relax on, and I was able to charge my phone. I really appreciated the cozy environment here. Our nearby hotel had a planned power outage for maintenance that they didn't bother telling us about other than us noticing a sign at the check in desk when we arrived. The power outage also went on for more than an hour beyond what we were told. Fortunately, I was able to get a discount on my hotel stay. And thanks to Tim Hortons, I was able to relax with some coffee and Timbits, charge my phone in a building with functioning electricity, and experience some Canadian hospitality!“

“i wanted to write a positive review about the staff at this location. especially Jesryll (Hope i spelled that right). I was there this morning and her service at the window as always was very friendly with a wonderful smile. it's a great way to start the day.

“Service at Tim's on Northgate has always been exemplary. Keep it up. It's June 30, 2022, had hot chocolate and chicken strips. You guys are great!! March 16, Saturday night. Thank you for the hot chocolate and the good service. Not that I have ever had problems with my order. I know some people make the coffee shops not a nice place to eat and use the facilities and ruin it and make a mess. I was having my hot chocolate when I noticed one familiar girl I know from a group. They lined up to use the facility, out came one of her young friends and told her something and I asked what's wrong, so she told me. Even though i told her she should tell the staff, she said they only went there to get something hot and will go home eventually.
Favorite to order has been bb breakfast muffin without butter and coffee.

“Place is good but for mobile orders, if they are out of stock they are not informing to directly the person who ordered, need to contact them and then they will do refund if we go there for that.

“Give the lady with short red hair who was working the drivethru this morning a promotion! She was so sweet and friendly. I have not had good service at any Tim Hortons in what feels like years. “Long story short — I’m blown away by the service!
I had mistakenly placed an online order at this store. I called right away to let them know not to prepare it because I didn’t want the food to go to waste. To my surprise, the manager told me she would give me a store credit. I told her not to worry about it since I wasn’t sure when I’d be back.
Fast forward 7 months — I happened to visit the same store again. I mentioned the incident to the manager, and she looked it up in the system. Guess what? I still got my order, even after 7–8 months!

“This the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The staff and service are the worst. They seem to be at work as play time instead of looking after customers. The biggest problem is I have to ask for a napkin with my donut. They put two donuts in the same small bag which now the icing is going on the other donut. I asked for two separate bags and I got attitude from the worker. I am the customer and feel I was treated badly. The Manager and Owner needs to train the night crew big time. They need to treat customers with respect. The atmosphere now sucks because the place is dirty and the attitude of staff makes even the service a terrible experience. From now on I will go to Grace Hospital Tim Hortons closer to home and treated like a customer. Maybe even go to McDonald's Restaurant and still treated like a customer with a smile. “I go here almost daily, the lineup can be long when it's busy - would be a great idea to have dedicated cashier's when this is the case to move people along quicker. The staff however are absolutely friendly and they are pretty good at remembering the name and the normal order for regular customers. Adds a nice personal touch to the visit. I've never had an order be incorrect here, unlike some others I've gone to.“

“I come to this location between bus transfers, often afterwork.
There one woman who is always there when I go. She is usually preparing the foods people order.

I have spent 30 years in this kind of customer service and she is just the kind of customer service representative any business would want.
She is friendly, talks and laughs with customers, gets the orders out quickly.
I don't often come across her level of customer care.

No matter how busy it is at this location, and there seems to always be an endless line, the staff never show their stress.
They just work quickly and efficiently.
I've never heard them be rude, never seen them falter.
They always just get the orders taken and out in the fastest manner they can manage.
I'm always impressed.

Working downtown has its own stresses I'm sure, but the staff here just work hard and it shows.

The only thing I'd like to see different is simply having seating available for customers.
Often seats are being taken by people who aren't buying anything but looking to use the Wifi or people looking for shelter for a while/sleeping.
I know it can be risky approaching people as you aren't sure their mental health or conditions and how they will react.
This location just has so little seating it's hard when you have food and drinks and wish to dine in.“

“One of the better Tims on campus. Offers full Tims Menu unlike the other one in Engineering or in Tier/ Fletcher Argue building. Great hours of operation. Closes slightly later than the rest of the other Tims on Campus. Has a great seating place to enjoy your coffee inside. Also accepts Tims card points and Tims Credit. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Line ups are long as hell at peak hours. Many times I have had to leave the queue when i am halfway cause i had been standing in line for too long or I had to run to a lecture. They should find a way of tactfully handling these long queues. Also, very limited power outlets inside. Not a great place to get work done if your device has low battery. Other than that its a great location. Tables are generally very clean for the amount of customers this place serves. Staff is under staffed but still amazing. Food is great and well prepared.“

“Ordered via the app for drive thru. Tried the new pizza. It takes a bit to get the pizza as it’s made fresh when ordered. I had to pull to the side and wait for 5 minutes. No problem with that. It came out hot and with the dip I ordered. I tried the pepperoni pizza with added shredded chicken on top. It was really good and the crust is perfectly crunchy. Toppings are good as well. I will definitely try the other pizzas.“

“The service in this Tim Hortons outlet is good and the staff is quite efficient. However, they have recently stopped accepting cash, which has made things a bit inefficient and awkward. I’m a daily customer and never use cash personally but I have witnessed multiple instances where customers stood in line for a while only to be turned down by staff because they only had cash. To improve on this, I would suggest that the manager of this outlet considers putting up at least one sign saying “We don’t accept cash” which is big enough for people to read from a distance, so that people are informed before they stand in line.“

“This is a Tim Hortons that is located inside the grace General Hospital most of the emergency entrance.It has limited hours and also I think the menu items are more limited than a drive-thru Store free standing.There are other hospitals that are in Health Sciences Center Saint Boniface Hospitaland others.I'm not sure if any of them have the good hours of the freestanding stores or the complete menu but I doubt seriously whether they do and I would call ahead make sure they're open.“
