I ordered a Jalapeno Asiago BELT with sausage.The bagel was dry and super old. I thought it was over-toasted at first except it wasn't much over room temp. It was just a really old bagel.
I usually came at this place and order steep tea every time. Most of the time, they did not stir the sugar well. Today morning, I ordered the same but it was worst. It does not taste like steep tea and its not the fresh one.

I ordered small dark roast double double with espresso and the guy gave me large size .. when I said it was small than he just flipped the coffee from large cup to small cup .. and than the coffee was cold plus it tasted horrible .. this happened at 9:10pm on April 4th 2024 !!!
