Tim Hortons is a popular restaurant known for its fresh and tasty offerings. The staff is attentive and provides excellent customer service. The coffee is fresh and the food came out fast. The place was clean even though it was busy. The staff are very accommodating and provide very fast service. However, some orders like a cheese croissant were burnt and drinks sometimes had no sugar. On one occasion, a staff member at the drive thru was rude to a customer.
