A wait in line of 20-30 mins before ordering. This was at 4:30 am. By 5am the line was much longer, roughly double the earlier length, with still only 3 workers on duty. Also, their location at the very end of the concourse is less than ideal.
Never have anything on the menu- like soups- if you aren’t going to honour the menu- then do not be open.
Worst experience with this tim hortons. Bought croissant, requested to microwave it for 15 seconds and got declined. No rewards collection, asked the staff member about tim rewards, and got reply we don’t entertain those rewards. If you don’t honour tim rewards then why are you using tim hortons brand name.
