“Stumbled upon it today and it was literally life changing. Haven't had a vermicelli bowl in about 2 years since the last one cost $19.50 with a tip. I can't afford that so stopped eating it. This place has one for $9, probably the cheapest I have ever seen no joke. Was delicious and the owner? was friendly and service very fast. Had an ice coffee as well and total was $13.30 or so. Will go back regularly from now on. Feeling lucky and blessed this fine Friday!!“

Every dish is top notch but the Lemongrass Fried Rice with Spicy Chicken is absolutely unbeatable. “We have enjoyed this Vietnamese for the last 10 years. Its consistent ly very good and there is a great choice of food. I have never encountered a staff person or patron wearing cologne or perfume. This is a huge problem for me in so many public situations nowadays. Every time I go there I want to complain about the gross condition of the doors for the bathrooms and front entrance. Then I sit down, eat very well and go home.“

Friendly staff and a quaint little spot on Sargent Ave. Sometimes, it can get really busy quickly, which can lead to delays in ordering and receiving food, but the food is worth the wait.“

“Vietnamese authentic foods. Especially Bun Bo Hue, the broth is very tasty. Rice crackers with little mussels and steamed tapioca dumpling (banh bot loc) are the must-try. If you are a fan of coffee, I strongly recommend the coffee condensed milk (cafe sua da) here. Will come back again to try more different dishes!“

“We’ve been getting takeout from here for a while now after our previous favourite spot closed down. Binh An has the best deluxe fried rice in the city, hands down. It’s our favourite dish to order when we get Chinese food and it’s the best here. Been looking for a new favourite spot for some time now, and they make it just as good as our previous. The fragrance of the rice, the perfectly charred bits, shrimp cooked perfectly… it’s simply the best. We also get the 6 piece deep fried chicken, and deluxe Cantonese chow mein. So delicious. I do wish they did a half chicken, so wing/drumstick is included, but all in all they’re wonderful! 💕“

“This is definitely one of the best places for wonton soup in Winnipeg. My only critiques would be the lack of hot sauce choices and not topping the soup with crunchy noodles.

I’m not sure if anyone went to Kenny Hong’s when it was open, but yo me that is the gold standard I compare it to.

They have a lot of great appetizers like the shrimp and the rice/lettuce rolls. I would definitely recommend Pho Kim Tuong for an excellent bowl of soup and appetizer.

I plan to try some other dishes and will update this after that.“

“Came late for some Vietnamese food. When we saw the menu and noticed that there was a lot of different Asian cuisine, I was a little worried, the lady was so friendly and this food was delicious.
Got the pho, broth was delish and noodles were nice and firm. Salad rolls were great too.
The vibe in there is like anostalgic '90s Chinese restaurant and it was great. Everything's clean and well taken care of. Can't wait to go back.“
