“Throughly enjoyed all the food and the atmosphere. I had an order of Beef Pho and a pork Banh mi sandwich which was really good. I will say I wish the noodles were a bit thinner but it was very flavorful. The restaurant was small and homey which I really loved, they also had a great playlist playing!!“

“We’ve been getting takeout from here for a while now after our previous favourite spot closed down. Binh An has the best deluxe fried rice in the city, hands down. It’s our favourite dish to order when we get Chinese food and it’s the best here. Been looking for a new favourite spot for some time now, and they make it just as good as our previous. The fragrance of the rice, the perfectly charred bits, shrimp cooked perfectly… it’s simply the best. We also get the 6 piece deep fried chicken, and deluxe Cantonese chow mein. So delicious. I do wish they did a half chicken, so wing/drumstick is included, but all in all they’re wonderful! 💕“

“All the reviews of this lemongrass chicken are spot-on. This dish is so delicious it is hard to believe how affordable it is??? Definitely order it one level of spiciness lower than you can tolerate so you can get the extra chili oil on the side, it comes with enough you can have extra to add to literally any other food to make it a million times tastier. Friendly staff and a quaint little spot on Sargent Ave. Sometimes, it can get really busy quickly, which can lead to delays in ordering and receiving food, but the food is worth the wait.“

“This is definitely one of the best places for wonton soup in Winnipeg. My only critiques would be the lack of hot sauce choices and not topping the soup with crunchy noodles.

I’m not sure if anyone went to Kenny Hong’s when it was open, but yo me that is the gold standard I compare it to.

They have a lot of great appetizers like the shrimp and the rice/lettuce rolls. I would definitely recommend Pho Kim Tuong for an excellent bowl of soup and appetizer.

“Having visited many times, I can confidently say this is one of the best Vietnamese spots around. The classic beef pho is a standout; the broth is incredibly flavorful, a clear sign of the time and effort they put into it. The noodles are always perfect, with a wonderfully chewy texture.
​I recently tried the 7-color broken rice, which was excellent as always. It's great that they serve this dish with authentic broken rice, as many restaurants have switched to regular white rice, which just doesn't hit the same.
​Finally, a shout-out to the staff. It's amazing to see one person handle everything—taking orders, serving food, cleaning tables, and refilling water—all while keeping a positive attitude and a smile for every guest.“

“Consistently great bubble tea! Hands down the best taro you can get in Winnipeg. The bubbles are also included in the drinks!! I also recommend the mango, young coconut taro, and the durian. Cheap subs on the go as well. They never disappoint.“

“From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a very nice host. The environment is beautiful, the calming music playing from the kitchen is spot on. The food… HITS THE SPOT EVERY SINGLE TIME 🤍🤌🏻 We last ate here 4 years ago and the flavours and dishes were exactly as we remembered if not better! We both ordered the rare steak with brisket Phó which had a velvety bone broth with an amazing lite lemon grass flavour and we also ordered a beef sizzling hot pan. We paid $41.00 for the 3 items and they were very well worth the price. Trust me you would not be disappointed 🤤“

The food is always absolutely fantastic, the prices are very reasonable considering the servings and quality, their drink prices are very reasonable, especially the beer prices, they're open until midnight, and they are the nicest people you could ask for. So incredibly kind and hospitable!

They have a good number of raw fish options made with sushi quality fish. I'm eating a raw salmon poke bowl right now and the salmon is as good as you'd get at Wasabi or Yujiro.

The place is very clean and in excellent condition. It's sort of an eclectic 90's formal asian decor with a bit of a 'palace' vibe. Haha, that's the best description I can think of.

“Phở Hoang is a fantastic place for a lunch date, I went with my girlfriend prior to the rush and the service is faster than most restaurants in the Osborne area with it’s friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. I will always recommend them to friends and family for they truly know how to take care of their customers.“
