The customer service was top-tier, and you can tell he really cares about the customers. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious too. “Ordered two burgers, fries, and a shake! The food was great but I had to go back since the shake I had tasted off. The lovely lady with the gold hair was super kind and accommodating, offering me multiple remakes until the shake tasted how I wanted! I felt super bad wasting product but she was super supportive despite it being so busy. Tastes great!“

“This subway is nice and fairly clean. They make decent sandwiches but the way they make it is dependent on the staff. I go there frequently and there is different staff every time. Some are new while some have experience. One thing I don't like about them is that they can be sometimes really ignorant to instructions for sandwich but that depends on person making sandwich. overall, it is decent but sandwiches could be made better.“

“Today, I was impressed with the young lady working in the subway. It was really busy and she was the only one working and I had to wait a long time for my food to get ready but she managed everything impressively. She was really nice and managed everything perfectly.“

“The BK wasn't busy when I stopped in. The place was clean and well lit. It looked very nice. I was greeted and helpful promptly and politely. I order a double cheese for myself and 2 single patties (plain, just patries) for my dogs. We had been on the road all day and the burgers were fresh made and hot. In my opinion, this is a good BK.“

“I walked in because my phone glitched and I was picking up a large order for a group at my house. I was immediately greeted by three people at the front counter who were extremely busy (and still took the time to smile and acknowledge me). Those team members knew what order I was talking about immediately and a woman who was helping specifically ensured I got all of my food and was patient and smiling. At the end of me getting everything, I heard her tell everyone she was leaving for the night..meaning she stayed past her clock out time to ensure my order was completed (also unknowingly ensuring no meltdowns from my children). When I asked for her name, she told me it was Deena (sp?). Everyone that was working tonight was absolutely awesome, especially her!“

“Before covid hit me & my ex girlfriend would stop about once every week & a half. I was on the way home & dad said he wanted a sub. I remembered that location & stopped. The woman behind the counter made the BEST SUB I've ever had! She put the perfect amount of everything on it! And ... I feel a bit weird saying this but OH! MY! GOSH! “It’s my first time back at Jimmy John’s in a while. Things have changed but things also brought back memories. The whole store smelled of freshly baked bread. I walked into multiple hellos welcome in. Cashier was extremely friendly and definitely helped me choose what I wanted to eat. Manager was very helpful in explaining the different catering options for a get together I have coming up. The food was very delicious and the bread was very soft. Definitely took me back to why I started eating at Jimmy John’s. And the cherry on top was hearing free smells by the cashiers as the bread came out. I can never get enough of the free smells. I will definitely be back. Ellicott City location is one the best I’ve been too. The young lady on register definitely knows how to talk to customers and make them feel appreciated and happy to come back. Saying hello welcome and have a great day goes a long way. And she was very patient while I took my time deciding what I wanted. And the manager is definitely where she should be in charge because she explained everything clearly and nicely. Will definitely be telling people that Jimmy John’s is definitely better and the place to eat.“
