“Absolutely fantastic experience at The Lazy Fish! From the delectable bento boxes to the incredibly fresh sushi, every bite was a delight. The drinks were top-notch, and the service was impeccable. The cherry blossom theme added a beautiful touch of Japanese culture to the ambiance. Easily a five-star dining destination!“

“I had the pleasure of doing date night with my wife and it was a really pleasant experience. The food was good and we enjoyed ourselves. my wife wanted sushi amd we saw this place and decided to go and the sushi was good. The main dish we ordered took a little while to come out and I ordered Drunken Noodles with shrimp and chicken. My dish only had 3 shrimps which was very shocking so I mentioned and asked the server about it but they made it right and bought me out extra shrimp.“

“Kyo Sushi provides a welcome sushi option to the Urbana + Mt. Airy area, serving up an extensive menu with options for all diners. I ordered a sushi-forward meal for carry out, which was ready in about 30min and handed to me as soon as I entered. While I didn't dine in, the staff was welcoming and friendly for the brief minute that was inside.I did find that I needed to order several vegetarian rolls to build a meal given the 6-piece side. he vegetable roll had a great combination of elements for the filling--avocado, cucumber, asparagus and pickled radish. The sushi tasted fresh overall, but comparatively, not the freshest that I've had. The sweet potato roll had a welcome tempura crunch and the sticky sweet topping paired nicely with a dash of soy sauce umami. A side order of edamame completed a solid vegetarian dinner.“

“I ate all my rolls before I thought to photograph them ? This place is my new go-to for Sushi in Frederick. Rolls were delicious, fresh, and large. The pricing is fair and I really appreciate the number of vegetarian options.Edit: added a photo of my last order. Huge rolls“

“Since moving to Frederick we are still in search of a Sushi restaurant that is amazing. This may fit the spot for us; however, it is still a drive to downtown so we may not go as often as we would like. We were at the Urbana Park and decided to go get some sushi. Our standard sushi spot was closed for the day (normal closed day of the week) so I went to yelp to find something. I ended up finding Sapporo and Sapporo II? and quickly placed an order for take out (we had dogs with us and thus knew we wouldnt be able to sit down). Our go to sushi order tends to be a charashi and maybe a couple of rolls. The charashi does come with soup/salad but I was not aware else I may have asked for 2 soups -- we tend not to like the iceberg lettuce salads that are served at sushi restaurants. The bowl was so pretty when we pulled it out of the bag when we got home and I commented that it was on par with some of the other sushi places we have been to while living in baltimore city. I think we could have been just fine with the charashi alone because that plus the app and 1 or 2 rolls was a bit too much food for this gal. The fish was cut well, the charshi had plenty of variety of fish and the seasoned rice underneath was pretty tasty as well. The app I ended up picking was off the sashimi app (since they do not have age tofu nor takoyaki which are my typical go tos) and this was also sliced very well and the dressing may have leaked out a little but was tasty.“

“I drive more than an hour to get to this grocery store. The vegetables and fruits are very fresh with a great variety. There is a great variety of many "usual" American goods, not to mention the huge variety of Asian goods for which it is known.“

“My buddies and I came here because we were craving ramen and sushi. Old Dominion Ramen did not disappoint! The ramen was absolutely full of flavor and they had a wide variety of sushi rolls. Service was quick, friendly, and professional. Oh, and you can't beat the prices! Highly recommend ??“

“Lovely spot. I'm visiting the area from NYC and needed a late dinner. They served me even though they were closing soon and didn't rush me. I ordered takeout, two California rolls. The sushi chef prepared them in front of me, quickly but with precision. They were delicious and one of the best California rolls I've had. Very lovely staff. The rolls were very full, not skimping on the good stuff. Soy sauce was a tad salty for me, Ginger tasted fresh. Definitely must visit. Thank you ❤️❤️“

“I love the atmosphere at Miyako's. The hibachi meals are delicious and flavorful. The fried rice is a must! I can also eat the hibachi veggies alone, they're so good. The sushi rolls have very unique combinations and are always a hit.“

“TLDR: eat here, it’s champWe had such a great time eating here tonight! We’ve lived in Frederick for 8 years but never tried this place. Bobby was an absolutely stellar chef. Everything was cooked to perfection including the vegetables. His Teppanyaki skills were awesome and the service was 10/10. We will definitely return and at this point I can’t see us going back to our usual mt airy spot. We also tried this tuna-jalepeno-cream cheese appetizer which was excellent. The salad dressing is my all time favorite from any place we’ve tried, I wish I could buy it bottled!“

“I was served one of the best chef special made rolls tonight. The sushi was fresh and didn't taste like a freezer. The presentation and the service was better than I expected. You can tell the chef puts thought into each roll he makes, no matter how simple.“
