“My daughter and I stopped in yesterday for just a drink and to check out the place. This place is very elegant and relaxing. The bartender Mario was great with good conversation and interaction. We took our drinks outside to the patio and it was so relaxing just to sit and sip and enjoy conversation. Their menu looks amazing and their cocktail menu was awesome as well. We look forward to coming back to enjoy some of those items on the menu.“

“This place is off the hook! Food and portions are amazing! 50% off appetizers during happy hour and 20% off all entrees on Mondays! We will def be regulars here! The Island Nachos & Jumbo Fried Shrimp were amazing. My wife got the Tortuga Sizzler with checking and it was incredible. Very well seasoned and not dry!“

“Riks is a total star. When you're standing in front of the restaurant you're in a parking lot of a an old shopping center. Once inside you're in a contemporary bar and restaurant. I believe that much of the work in creating the space was performed by the then staff, many of whom worked together with owners at a prior restaurant. The food is wonderful, creative, fresh and satisfying. My favorites include a smoked salmon salmon carpoccio (sorry about the spelling). A great selection of salads with the ability to. add to them crab cake chicken etc. The sandwiches range from a Reuben to a grilled mahi mahi .My favorite when I want a substantial dinner is their short ribs and mashed potatoes. Writing this review has just made me hungry. Guess where I'm going for an early dinner. Prices are VERY reasonable“

“I don't get a chance to go out to eat often, but it was my birthday and my family took me to Cafe del Sol on Salem Ave. I've been there before and it was always nice. But this visit was far above what I've experienced before. Our server, Caleb, was phenomenal. I'm used to friendly enough staff, but Caleb seemed personally motivated to make sure my family felt welcome and that we had a great experience. He succeeded and I hope that the next time I get a chance to dine out, we will be lucky enough to have him as a server. We had the smallest oops with one of our menu items and he was like a man on a mission to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and that everything was perfect. Big thank you to Caleb who went above and beyond!“

“Went November 2025. Molly was our server which enhanced our experience. We both had the fries and burgers. I had the sweet potato fries and had caramel to dip. The burgers filled the buns and was very tasty. Spectacular service. Molly was very friendly and attentive. The dinner was even better knowing your server was checking in. She did check in multiple times to see if we needed anything.“
