“Nothing has changed. Combination of good food and great service will always keep customers coming back. Philly steak omellette was a great addition. Summerti.e Cod was an ex ellent choice for diners that prefer healthy option. The waffle was cooked to perfection.“

“. The popularity is completely understandable, but it can make an otherwise excellent experience somewhat difficult.

I genuinely wish the restaurant offered online reservations through a platform such as OpenTable. Being able to reserve a table ahead of time would make an already great restaurant significantly more convenient.

And that’s really the only reason I’m giving Ashburn Pub four stars instead of five.

The staff? Five stars.
The drinks? Five stars.
The food? Five stars.
The prices? Five stars.
The seating availability? That’s where the extra star gets lost.

Ashburn Pub has everything you want from a great neighborhood establishment: excellent food, fantastic drinks, genuinely friendly service, and prices that won’t leave you wondering whether you accidentally paid for the building.

Four stars from me—but if they ever add more seating or implement a reliable reservation system, this would easily be a five-star experience.

Until then, plan ahead and be prepared to compete with the rest of Ashburn for a table or a seat at the bar if you’re especially lucky that day.“

“Came here post wedding on a Saturday night and it was PACKED. Fortunately, we found some seats on the upstairs patio. Surprisingly, there were constantly servers walking around asking drink orders and cleaning up empty glasses and bottles. I was very impressed with this considering how busy it was and typically bars do not offer this service, especially during peak hours.“

“Food is good and menu has something for everyone. The best part is the staff. Anna is an awesome server. She has taken care of our family a few times and she always remembers us and our preferences. She is great with kids. The last time my daughter and I were there she had another table with a couple that had a baby. She took care of them seamlessly while juggling everyone else.“

“Looking for Bottle of Red-wine and found this restaurant very close to our residence. Went up to the shop had a look at the wine display took one bottle each of red-wine Spain and Italian, the lady on the counter very polite and helpful answered sone questions and took for billing. They do have variety of meat and meat products. Can have done beer or soft drinks with food there itself. It a great place to visit. Amble space for free parking, pricing reasonable. We were looking for some venison meat, not readily available they tired to organise from a supplier, since our qty was not matching couldn’t make it.“

“I came here over the weekend for the first time looking for some quality meat, and I can definitely say the brisket I got was amazing. My dog also loved it (don’t judge 😂). The meat is what reeled me in, but the sides are the reason I stayed way too long in that store.

Do things cost a tad more than at the grocery store? Maybe. But everything is expensive now, and honestly, the quality of the food here doesn’t compare to what you’re getting at a regular grocery store. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Absolutely phenomenal! Wanted to give the highest compliments to the wonderful staff at matchbox. In particular, Lindsey, our server was beyond fantastic, warm, friendly & positive energy (we will continue to request her as a server every time we visit). Also want to recognize chef Alex, who came to our table to personally ensure that our special dietary needs were not only accommodated, but went above and beyond to create a spectacular dining experience. Thanks also to the manager Sam - I hope you are able to recognize these two wonderful individuals for all that they did to make our experience so unforgettable. We will absolutely be returning! I am adding additional information to this review as we returned again to this wonderful restaurant & had another phenomenal experience. Lindsey, our server, was equally as energetic, warm, wonderful, and remembered our order from our prior visit even! Alex, the head chef did a wonderful job accommodating all dietary requests going above and beyond to create a great experience. I wanna also give a huge shout out to Karl Logan, general manager, who greeted us warmly and insured our dining experience was spectacular. I hope that senior management will recognize these individuals and reward them for their outstanding service. We definitely felt like family!!!
We’re never disappointed when visiting this restaurant. They treat us like special guests each time Lindsey, our server remembers our order without even having to have a menu. Also, wanted to give highest compliments to Heisey, hostess, who greeted us with the warmest welcome when we came in and already had our table reserved and set up. Taylor, supervisor, was unbelievably kind and visited our table twice to ensure our dining experience was wonderful. Again, cannot say enough great things about the staff and overall experience!
Had the pleasure of meeting the owners today & able to rave over another wonderful experience. They were friendly, warm, kind and clearly support their employees - seemed like family. Thanks to Lindsey, Alex, Richard, & Kendy for a great overall experience!!!
