“Great place, even better people!! Just went there about half hour ago, 9-20-25. Got two iced coffees and a hot tea. One of the coffees fell outta the cup holder and spilled everywhere. Went back to get a replacement, they gave me another for free!! Did NOT expect that and it was GREATLY appreciated!!“

“Open early morning, fast and friendly service located inside the welcome center along with other food establishments, but others were not open.

Everyone was super nice with a welcome smile especially when the lady misread my name and called out Jennifer. We laughed and I came back to tease her asking that Jennifer would like some salt and pepper to go, please.
The whole staff got kick out of it. The experience was warm and fun. Recommend!“

“A Fantastic Story…there remains hope! Today I witnessed an elderly, blind woman struggling with multiple carryon bags and a suitcase. She clearly was not homeless, the bags had visible airline tags. She passed near my car with her bags and her mobility cane while I was getting breakfast at the McDonald’s drive thru. I watched her stunned as she struggled and found herself disoriented heading into the dumpster corral. I was thinking, “ oh no, I’ve got to get out of my car and help”. Then, 2 McDonalds employees come out and head towards her. A lady jumps out of car and heads toward her also. I was so ecstatic to see this happen. The male employees took her bags while the lady chatted with her and slowly walked her to the restaurant. Folks, there is still hope for us! Shout out to the morning team at the Aberdeen McDonalds!! I always get nice service there, but today they excelled at customer service and care.“

“Very long line due to the holiday they need to go by check order numbers and not first names someone with the same first name grabbed our oder took it to a table opened everything up and brought it back to the counter🤢 just would have been less confusion if they called order numbers“

“My family and I came from Baltimore to visit family in Havre de Grace. We stopped downtown for some Christmas Displays. We wanted some coffee and parked in front of Concord Point Coffee. I walked up and pulled on the door as I realized they were closed. As I turned around to walk away a Gentleman opened the door and offered us to the restroom If that’s what we needed. I explained we just wanted some coffee and didn’t realize they were closed. He said “we still have some coffee come on in”. He gave us 2 coffees and didn’t charge us after he was closed. I’ve never been treated like this by an establishment EVER. Thank you For your kindness and the coffee was really good as well.“

“This Dunkin’ is always on point! The staff here are friendly, fast, and actually seem to care about getting your order right. The drive-thru moves quickly even during the morning rush, and the coffee is always fresh. The place is clean and well-kept — a huge difference compared to other locations. Definitely my go-to spot for a reliable coffee and breakfast stop!“
