“This review is for their pizza. Love love love it. Sauce seems sweeter than most other places, which pairs well with most other ingredients that are slightly salty. I do ask that they sweep out their ovens more often. I’m assuming they use corn meal during prep, because my last pizza seemed burnt on the bottom, and you could def taste it. This doesn’t happen on every order though. Looking forward to my next pie from Hickory Station.“

“So I've gone to this place twice, this week. it's the only 2 times I've been and both times it was outstanding food. The first time I went in this week it was almost closing time and all of the product looked as good as it does, I'm guessing, when they open. Normally by the end of the night it all looks like garbage at most places but not here. As someone that has spent years managing a Ruby Tuesday and trying to keep that salad bar on point, well this place could teach all restaurants how to have beautiful product to work with. Tonight was no different. I did order online to pick up in store and everything still looked great and again outstanding quality product that is so good I had to take a moment and slow down so here I am. You guys have a family for life that will gladly eat here on a regular basis.“

“I went there with 3 of my kids after a soccer tournament. We were greeted and sat immediately. Our waitress Samantha was kind and quick to take our order and anything needed while we ate. Chris ( another worker or perhaps manager there) slipped me a piece of paper asking if it was okay to surprise my kids with ice cream after they ate. I also noticed a special needs woman in the booth next to me who had ordered, then asked a dessert to be removed from her order because she said " she could not afford it". I saw that the staff comped her dessert and treated her with kindess and respect. All around I was impressed with the staff, their caring nature. The food was also great! If we are in the area for a tournament, I will defintely come back.“

I want to express my gratitude to the staff for their exceptional service and attention to detail. In contrast, I had a much different experience at the Abingdon location with the same exact order.“

We came in Group of 10 kids plus 5 adults an hour before closing (I understand how rude that was and truly apologize) but they had the best attitude and the two ladies taking our order were so kind, patient and respectful. “I took my granddaughter there a few weeks ago and had the cheese tortellini with roasted garlic sauce. It was delicious. I took my sister there today. I had the tortellini and a garden salad. The salad was nothing but limp, lettuce, and brown bits. The tortellini was overcooked with no sauce at all. I couldn’t even eat it. I will not go back.“

“We ordered two coffees and two sandwiches. The chipotle chix scrambled egg and Avo sandwich was delicious, the scrambled egg and ham sandwich was OK but overall, the sandwich portions are small.
