It was our first visit, but definitely not our last! Jessica suggested a few menu items, and made us delicious milk shakes!! We ordered two regular sandwiches and board walk fries! The sandwiches were loaded with meat, and very filling! The fries were piping hot, and the milkshake was hand-spun and made in front of us! When my family comes to town and I tell them I know where to get the best shrimp salad sandwich, they go back to Virginia knowing the place to go is Devens Deli. “Pi's deli has fantastic food, especially their cheesesteaks! I am especially fond of their chicken cheesesteak since I cannot eat red meat anymore. It tastes just as good! I always get their combo which comes with fresh cut fries and a fountain soda.
When you walk in you go back in time just a little bit.The walls have records on them and old advertisements there's a checkered floor and tables to where you can sit and eat your meal. Second to their cheesesteaks I highly recommend their breakfast sandwiches!

“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.

Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.“

“Took my family to firehouse subs for the first time. The owner, Pritesh and his staff are amazing and very friendly. We arrived at 1023 and it opens at 1030 but Pritesh opened early. These hand crafted subs are well above other sandwich restaurants. If you are within driving distance it is so worth the trip.“

If we compare them to fast food then using deals on apps you can either get more food or the same amount of food for less money at competitors. If we compare them to fast casual restaurants then sure $15 isn't bad but you are getting much higher quality food at pretty much every fast causal restaurant. If my meal was about $2-3 cheaper I would feel more comfortable giving them a 5 stars.“

“Had my first sandwich at the Charlie’s Steak at the Columbia mall. I was given a sample of the chicken steak by a guy from behind the counter and I was hooked. I know they are known for their classics cheese steak, but the chicken was on point. I got the combo which included fries, which was a generous portion, and a large soda. Everything was good quality including the service. Looking forward to trying the steak sandwich on my next trip to the mall. Highly recommend!“
