“This restaurant is a hidden gem. I prefer pasta made with a fresh sauce based on olive oil or cherry tomatoes. But here in US, they always put a lot of cream or marinara sauce straight out of shelf. I’m very happy when I found Bella Italia offers what I like. And they did a fantastic job balancing all the flavors. Would go again if I have the chance.”

Crab dip, mussels, ceviche, crab cakes (which we used the sauce to dip our fries bc the crab cakes were perfect as they were...all crab, very little filler). The service was incredible especially given how busy it was. We will be back again soon!”

“Our first time here in many years. Can't beat the ambience- right on the water. Our server was excellent. One of us had the sesame tuna bowl. It was very good- nice size serving of tuna! The other had oysters- again very good. Highly recommend.”

“Great restaurant, family friendly, live music, great service. We went on Mother's day and the live music was amazing! There were multiple large families with children and it was truly a great experience. We went with just four of us and we could chat but otherwise listened to the great music and enjoyed our food immensely! The service was super friendly. The bathrooms were clean as well. We had a great parking spot right in the front. We didn't experience the bar area. The food was really good and they had great kid friendly options. Our waitress was great!”

You were so friendly and patient and even accommodated a food change request!!! My husband and I once we received our food and drink, were blown away by the freshness and the depth of flavor in your items! My husband got the spicy tuna poke bowl, and I got the bay hills udon noodle bowl with tempura shrimp. She allowed me to change the broth from fish broth to tonkontsu broth! And the mango slushes??? Fresh mango pieces all throughout! It was absolutely delicious! 20/10 recommend and will definitely recommend you to our friends and family that live down there still. We will absolutely come back!”

“Our usual restaurant had closed so we tho8ght we would try the next closest place. Our carry-out order consisted of chicken, pork, and shrimp fries rice. Service was pleasant and the food was ready in less than 15 minutes.
The fried rice was a bit bland as was the meat in all types we ordered. Unsure if we will try again.”

“Be cautious when ordering Starbucks at Arnold Safeway. Just watched the young lady blow her nose and go up inside with a finger from each hand and proceed to make drinks. I said something to the young man and he said something to her to wash her hands and she ignored him and went about making drinks and touching everything. I left and informed the manager as well.”

“Thank you for your kind and timely assistance when my car was dented December 4, 2018. Your manager Corina found the incident on your security cameras, showed it to my son who we were blaming for the dent, and spent much more time helping the police review the video and complete their report. All managers and employees were extremely helpful and friendly. I am proud that my son works there.”

“We, had lunch at this location on Nov 10th. The service was very poor and the order came out wrong. The waiter never offered to refill our drinks. We, ended up sending food back and had taken off the bill. I, asked for a manager and the waiter only came back. This was a VERY poor experience. The waiter sucked, They may need new management.”
