I recently dined at Donnelly’s Dockside in Arnold, MD, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere right on Deep Creek is simply perfect - it's a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal with beautiful views.

The staff was excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my visit. From juicy burgers to fresh seafood, Donnelly’s truly has something for everyone.

“Irv was an absolute gem. He said normally he is only open Wednesday-Saturday, but he welcomed us with open arms when his dog started barking at us as we approached on a Monday evening. “Today we thoroughly enjoyed the Tandoori Chicken Pizza. The crust was light and crisp with topping flavors that were tasty and well balanced. I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to try this pizza. However, I hope In Grano features it again on Pizza Tuesday. It was delicious!!“

“Was recommended this by a local co-worker. We drove 45 minutes to come to this place and boy did it not disappoint! We ordered the crab wontons, oysters rockafeller, clams casino and the crab dip. I also had the Maryland cream of crab soup. Everything was super good. The soup had good flavor but I didn't like the fact it was thick like pudding. To each their own though. My co-worker has the crab cake which he said was the best hed ever had. We also ordered 5 dozen oysters, because for 1$ each, why the heck not. They were so fresh and delicious. We had keylime pie and the something island cake which were both very good. Our server was awesome and ambiance was just like an old school bar type with tons of neat things to look at for decorations.“

They invited my daughter and our family to visit for her birthday and went above and beyond to make her feel special. “Nice place, but confusing rules take away from the experience.[The bad] This place has at least three sections with different rules. Entrance host made me go back to the car to drop my towel so I would not get “kicked out by staff” for having a visible towel. The beach section had a $60 minimum charge that was only clear when we tried to find a sitting spot. Water access is restricted to the ankles height, and water front sits meant having to deal with the constant patrol of confused guests (one family was initially asked to leave bc they ate inside and had not paid for the food within the beach section). The menu was limited at the beach (no dessert, soup, or crabs allowed)[good] The food was good, the drinks were made with fresh fruit juice, some of the staff were really friendly, and the families that cracked the code created a beautiful environment. We had a crab cake sandwich, fish and chips, and hush puppies.“

But since I am a chef and I’ve worked in several restaurants, the difference between how something is cooked one day can be a difference between who’s working that day. They do make some of the best pizzas around! They have a bar, game nights, special pizza nights, buy one get one on Tuesday and even Social nights where you can cook things in the kitchen. “Went on a Monday Night. They were setting up for Trivia night and it was packed which you don’t see normally anywhere on a Monday night. They were also going to be showing the Baltimore Ravens game so
Lots of folks on Ravens jerseys, hats etc. Seemed like a fun place and everyone there new each other so a locals Pub. Food was very good and good quality as well and prices very reasonable. If you are in the area and needing a casual environment then this place is perfect.“

“If you have looked at any of my reviews you will see that I liked the old neighborhood style bars. And the Lakeshore Tavern is 100% just that! If you are new to the bar and you walk in there within a half hour you feel like you know everybody and everybody is willing to talk to you. There is one table along with good bar appetizers, and happy hour prices. I strongly suggest if you're in the area to stop by and have an enjoyable time.“

People of color don't typically drag the fact that they are people of color into a conversation! However, blacks make sure to say they are black when complaining about the perceived injustices that have happened to them! Just say what you have to say, and leave the fact that you're black out of the conversation! If you didn't like Buddy's, then just list your complaints and leave your race out of it! You should contact Black Lives Matter about your issue! Oooooops, I forgot, they ran off with your money and are nowhere to be found now!“
