Ordered a Pizza thru UBER EATS from this location. 13860 Georgia Avenue silver Spring Md and they made the wrong pizza and when I called to get the right one this STUPID LADY SAID I HAD TO CALL UBER EATS and then she said maybe it was ordered from another location.THEY ARE LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL PLEASE DONT GO OVER THERE.
Came in right at closing time and Jazz took care of my order even though they were right about to close. My order only took about 10 mins and I was on my way! Thank You DJ Jazzy Jazz! You're the man and I hope you get a raise! This location in Aspen Hill has become my favorite Papa John's Pizza location because even though some people may complain about the customer service, I've never had a bad experience here and I've been ordering both Delivery and Carryout from here for years!!

Paid for extra garlic sauce to be included with order. Never received them with my delivery. I submitted a complaint through the app, no one ever reached out to resolve. Pizza was mediocre, arrived cold even though I tipped 22 percent in addition to the 6 dollar delivery fee on a 30 dollar order.
