About Bar Dalí

Bar Dalí is a delightful addition to the neighborhood and an excellent choice for group events. The restaurant offers a fixed menu that allows for plenty of variety, and guests can also order additional tapas. The food is fantastic and delicious, with the crab balls, churros, baked oysters, bean salad, gazpacho, crab and corn croquettes, mini burgers, deviled eggs, and white bean salad receiving praise. The potato's were over seasoned and another dish was under seasoned, but the drinks were perfect. The service is spot on, and the staff is nice, friendly, and accommodating, though the service can be a bit spotty at times. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with an intimate, chill spot for a cocktail and a snack. There is a semi-hidden space behind the bar with a few low lit booths for privacy, or guests can sit at the long bar and make new friends. Each sitting area gives a different experience, and the bar is cozy. There are a lot of vegetarian options that feel like full fleshed out concepts. A tiny bowl of delicious olives and/or Virginia peanuts comes complimentary with drinks. Bar Dalí opens at 4, which is earlier than many bars, and is a great late night option.

I helped host a team dinner at Bar Dali in September 2026 and it was excellent. We had a fixed menu due to our group size, but that didn’t prevent us from ordering additional tapas. The food was fantastic. The service was spot on. Everyone was nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Bar Dali for group events.
The staff at Hotel Ulysses highly recommended Bardali as a late night option which I found highly nourishing and delicious at 9 PM. I highly recommend the baked oysters, bean salad, gazpacho and crab and corn croquettes with Spanish cider.
I’ve enjoyed every experience I’ve had in here. Each sitting area, though not that far from each other, really gives a different experience. The bar is cozy and then there are these booths that feel kind of hidden and really intimate.

There are a lot of vegetarian options that feel like full fleshed out concepts instead of being an afterthought just to have a meatless option. I enjoy the white bean salad. I’ve gotten the deviled eggs a few times. They are really mustard...read full review
