Chick-fil-A in Baltimore

“If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would! Food was good. Service was awesome. People walking around to ensure you have everything you need. Bathrooms were clean. They even sang Happy Birthday to a very special 7 year year old. Awesome location, I highly recommend.“

“The best Chick-fil-a I've ever been to. I was a regular here for 5 years. The food was always tasty, cooked perfectly, and reliable. The staff were always super friendly and welcoming. I'll miss coming here since I moved. P.S. their cookies are fantastic!!!“

“This Chick-fil-A is always very clean. The service is fast. The problem is that they consistently overcook the sandwiches. They are a darker brown than at other Chick-fil-As. Also the coating has very hard batter nodules that are too hard to eat. They are rock hard.

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian salads. Vegans would have to consult the web site for non obvious animal products.

Parking: Overall it is a well run restaurant. I just wish they would take the chicken out of the pressure cooker a little earlier. I do not encounter this problem at other locations.“

“The past few times I have ordered a sandwich, my top bun was smashed flat, like whoever put the top bun on smashed it down with their hand. Please stop. Just lay the bun on top. No need to flatten it.
Otherwise, good food. We eat here often just please stop flattening the sandwiches.“

“My daughter and I go here every Friday. I always order thru the mobile app. Whether I do pick up, curbside, or drive thru, it doesn't take long to receive my order. Inside is clean, and of course, everyone has that excellent chick-fil-A customer service!“

“this Chick-fil-A is amazing! New employee mixed up our order. And the manager came and gave us the right order. And then she said we could go get ice free ice cream and let our kids make their own ice cream. And then gave us extra food and toys! This made our day!“

“FAST food is NOT on my list of choices!! Period. On 12/3/24, I had a crazy plane change in Baltimore. I was hungry and 'in a hurry'!!! I chose Chick-fil-A for convenience and reputation. I ordered a spicy biscuit combo. Cheap and to the point! The spiciness of the chicken was actually pleasant, the biscuit was cooked properly and the hashbrowns were nice and crispy, so for fast food expectations it was just fine!!
The shining star for this visit was a wonderful employee, JESHALI G. She gave exceptionally kind customer service!!! She was absolutely delightful!!!!

3/5/25 another plane change with hurried hunger needs! Evening flight, so no biscuits. Spicy chicken sandwich combo/with tater tots. Fast food, good enough. AGAIN, EXCEPTIONAL and kind customer service from Edras T. He was truly delightful.“
