“Hands down the greatest service I have ever received anywhere. I have been to nobu, the ritz, carbone and I have NEVER received service as good as this. “I used to stop here every morning for coffee and ice about 9–10 years ago. Dan and Marci were the best. One of them always served me, and I never missed a morning. Sometimes they would even make my order complimentary. It was such a time I’ll never forget. I hope Marci is doing well wherever she is. I remember she was in school. R.I.P. Dan.

“The past few times I have ordered a sandwich, my top bun was smashed flat, like whoever put the top bun on smashed it down with their hand. Please stop. Just lay the bun on top. No need to flatten it.
Otherwise, good food. We eat here often just please stop flattening the sandwiches.“

“I've always been a sucker for a great chicken sandwich! These def don't disappoint. I've always added sauces to mine as when they come plain with a pickle it just seems to be lacking a certain pizzazz which a bit of mayo & chick fill a sauce remedies immediately! I've also lived for their newer sandwiches that come with yummy add ons including cheese Tomato & delicious sauces“

“FAST food is NOT on my list of choices!! Period. On 12/3/24, I had a crazy plane change in Baltimore. I was hungry and 'in a hurry'!!! I chose Chick-fil-A for convenience and reputation. I ordered a spicy biscuit combo. Cheap and to the point! The spiciness of the chicken was actually pleasant, the biscuit was cooked properly and the hashbrowns were nice and crispy, so for fast food expectations it was just fine!!
The shining star for this visit was a wonderful employee, JESHALI G. She gave exceptionally kind customer service!!! She was absolutely delightful!!!!

3/5/25 another plane change with hurried hunger needs! Evening flight, so no biscuits. Spicy chicken sandwich combo/with tater tots. Fast food, good enough. AGAIN, EXCEPTIONAL and kind customer service from Edras T. He was truly delightful.“
