“This Chick-fil-A is always very clean. The service is fast. The problem is that they consistently overcook the sandwiches. They are a darker brown than at other Chick-fil-As. Also the coating has very hard batter nodules that are too hard to eat. They are rock hard.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian salads. Vegans would have to consult the web site for non obvious animal products.
Parking: Overall it is a well run restaurant. I just wish they would take the chicken out of the pressure cooker a little earlier. I do not encounter this problem at other locations.“
“Great experience. ☺️ My granddaughter wanted to go Chick-fil-A to play in their inside play area for her birthday. The staff were very pleasant and attentive to us while serving walk-in and drive thru customers. Food was great as always. 😋 Bathroom was spotless. 👍🏽We took pics in front of the tree. 🎄 The staff even made my grandaaughter a sundae 🍨and sang happy birthday to her. 🎂 They also gifted her a plush cow. We totally enjoyed ourselves.🥰 Bravo Chick-fil-A. 👏🏽👏🏽 If you can't rent a venue to celebrate a child's birthday Chick-fil-A won't disappoint. 😁You're welcome. 😉“
“You can almost never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The only problem with the one in eastpointe is there is nowhere to park or wait for your food or sit in a long line when it's long at the drive-thru they need to move that one to a bigger better location“
“this Chick-fil-A is amazing! New employee mixed up our order. And the manager came and gave us the right order. And then she said we could go get ice free ice cream and let our kids make their own ice cream. And then gave us extra food and toys! This made our day!“

“My daughter and I go here every Friday. I always order thru the mobile app. Whether I do pick up, curbside, or drive thru, it doesn't take long to receive my order. Inside is clean, and of course, everyone has that excellent chick-fil-A customer service!“

I also like the fact that they usually have someone ’floating’ around the floor to make it easy if you have a question or need something. “Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in, greeted by an employee who escorted me to the VIP Lane for check-in. The entire staff was attentive during my week-long stay and made the stay memorable.
This location hosts a lot of conventions and there was a fun influx of new guests all week to share the evenings with in the Bonvoy Lounge.
The swimming pool was…eh, and there is no hot tub which was disappointing but
