“My wife and I decided at the last minute to go out on a Saturday evening and we picked Marie Louise Bistro for dinner. We sat outside and had a genuinely wonderful meal! While you often see the same staff there for years, our server this time was young and new to the industry. Despite that, you could tell she had received training from the other staff, and she did a fantastic job. A very good sign! She had another waiter show her how to open and pour the wine, but aside from that we’d have barely known she was new to the job. As for the food, it was excellent. I’d give 9 or 10 out of 10 for everything and my wife enjoyed her meal too. I had a 3-course that included a surf and turf special, and my wife had duck confit. It’s incredibly reasonably priced for the quality of food IMO. A gem of a restaurant! If any of you reading this have never been then I’d definitely recommend a visit!“

She was so welcoming and warm and was a subject matter expert in directing to me to a classy Baltimore experience. She made some amazing drinks and some great suggestions for food in the area. “They have PROPER pastries. Freshly made, not disgustingly sweet like the grocery store ones. I especially like the pear tart. So delicate and refreshing. Items are a bit pricey, but on par with other pastry places in the DMV area. I will definitely come here regularly to support local bakery shops like this. So hard to find authentic French pastry shops in Baltimore, gotta keep it going.“

“They are the BEST!! YAK, is the $Hi!!!! They have the best Yak a mein, Egg Foo yung, shrimp and Broccoli/String beans, Orange chicken!! Never had anything bad here!! The shrimp are always BIG as (fill in blank)!! Owners are personal & friendly. Best to call order in , the lines be long!!! Food so good, I know the number by heart!!!“
