“Last night, my wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with dinner at Charleston in Baltimore—and it truly may have been the dining experience of a lifetime. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was astounding: perfectly curated ambiance, gracious and attentive service, and a beautifully paced tasting menu. Every dish was a revelation, from the wine pairing thoughtfully selected to complement each course, to the impeccable presentation and exquisite flavors. The staff made the evening feel utterly seamless and special. It was our first visit to Charleston, and it stands out as the perfect place to mark such a milestone. “My wife and I decided at the last minute to go out on a Saturday evening and we picked Marie Louise Bistro for dinner. We sat outside and had a genuinely wonderful meal! While you often see the same staff there for years, our server this time was young and new to the industry. Despite that, you could tell she had received training from the other staff, and she did a fantastic job. A very good sign! She had another waiter show her how to open and pour the wine, but aside from that we’d have barely known she was new to the job. As for the food, it was excellent. I’d give 9 or 10 out of 10 for everything and my wife enjoyed her meal too. I had a 3-course that included a surf and turf special, and my wife had duck confit. It’s incredibly reasonably priced for the quality of food IMO. A gem of a restaurant! If any of you reading this have never been then I’d definitely recommend a visit!“

She was so welcoming and warm and was a subject matter expert in directing to me to a classy Baltimore experience. She made some amazing drinks and some great suggestions for food in the area. I will be staying at this hotel every time I’m in Baltimore. Thank you Adelleke!!!!“

“If you’ve never had the Cassis mousse cake from Patisserie Poupon, you’ve missed out on a delightful human experience. I love this place! Have been coming here for 15 years. The girls who work the counter are also incredible humans and I used to go there just to talk to them. Love you all thank you for your service!“

“They are the BEST!! YAK, is the $Hi!!!! They have the best Yak a mein, Egg Foo yung, shrimp and Broccoli/String beans, Orange chicken!! Never had anything bad here!! The shrimp are always BIG as (fill in blank)!! Owners are personal & friendly. Best to call order in , the lines be long!!! Food so good, I know the number by heart!!!“
