Came here late night after the Eagles–Ravens game and had such a great time! The cocktails were amazing, and our bartender, Miss Tammy, made the experience even better. We absolutely loved her—even though she’s a Ravens fan and we’re Eagles fans 😂🦅💚. She was so friendly, fun, and welcoming. Great drinks, great vibes, and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!
My Husband and I went for a Date Night and i was underwhelmed. The Ambience is Gorgeous and very Stylish. My waitress was a nice person, but automatically got our drink order wrong both times and the staff were very loud talking to each other. The drinks were not very tasty and were watered down, but the Food came out nice and very delicious. My Waitress service was nice, she just need to pay attention to the actual order and the other staff members need to have professionalism...read full review

Located in the heart of the city, Prim & Proper Restaurant Cocktail & Wine Bar is a hidden gem with upscale vibes and a lot of culture in the ambiance. The décor is classy and beautiful. The menu is not overwhelming, and the food is amazing with great portion sizes. The Honey Jerk Lamb Chops with the Crab Cake is a favorite dish. The stuffed lobster with creme spinach is good, though the lobster itself was undercooked and cool; the crab stuffing, rice, and spinach were excellent. The lambchops have a little more game than some prefer. The steak egg rolls were not the best. Cocktails are very good with good presentation. The service is wonderful, and the staff is always professional, friendly, courteous, and patient. The waitress was very attentive. For a family gathering of 13, a private room is appreciated. The music is good for some, but can be very loud with inappropriate lyrics. The dress code is not enforced, making it more for a younger crowd. Prices are on par with an upscale restaurant.
