Friday March 1st at 1148am...How is that rude woman allowed to keep her job....she was rude to every customer in front of me and she was rude to me...I can not see her name tag ....but it doesn't matter if I can see her name or not I'm quite sure there has been multiple complaints....her supervisor knows she treat people ugly....Noone cares....every time we fly to Florida we fly to bwi first....I will never eat here again....Noone that rude should be in customer service
This is my first time ever eating at any subway. It was right in front of my gate and I’ve heard good things about the chain in general but this was just awful. The service was poor and the sandwich just tasted bad, kind of like it was left in the fridge for a week and then warmed up. I will not ever be going to another subway. Awful first impression.

Not bad for an airport. The sandwich we got was as expected (decent), and the service was pretty good. The reason this gets four stars is because several of the vegetables looked wilted and gross. The lettuce and cucumbers looked particularly bad, so I decided to forgo those.Dietary restrictions: They do a good job customizing things to be good for lactose intolerance!
