“I grew up eating free Taco Bell in exchange for customer feedback surveys… trust me when I say this is NOT just a Taco Bell! I feel strongly that this Taco Bell is the best Taco Bell in the southwest Baltimore area. I’ve gotten the same order since the 90s: three regular soft tacos. This Taco Bell on security always fills them perfectly. I open the wrapper and find AN ACTUAL TACO THAT LOOKS LIKE A FULLY FORMED TACO! At other Taco Bell’s, the regular taco will come out of the wrapper looking like Voldemort’s half-formed body before he got tossed in the cauldron in Goblet of fire. Sometimes you get lucky and you get a normalVoldemort taco where they mostly get it right but still forgot to give it a nose…. But at THIS TACO BELL there’s always nice young ladies working here who say hello, and they know how to make a fully-formed taco, down to the nose. The True Griffindors and Hufflepuffs of the Taco Bell world.“

“I honestly dont think I have been in a Taco Bell in um... decades? There just is not a whole lot of them in Baltimore, as far as I know. (I used to go to one in Catonsville around the turn of the century)But, I found myself at the end of Boston St today and at this Taco Bell. I was kinda excited to try some TB after all this time. The guy at the counter was great, he also was later cleaning the dining room. He did great overall.The restaurant seemed a little industrial and maybe rundown? Not sure if that was the aesthetic they were going for. The food was fine overall. I enjoyed my first Crunchwrap, but the "new" beefy nachos were just ok. All the toppings were kinda plopped on one side. It would be nice if they were distributed better. I wonder, though I found it tasty, was the Crunchwrap supposed to actually be crunchy??? Mine was not, but I have nothing to compare it to.The taco that came with my Crunchwrap was also fine.I think I will look forward to trying Taco Bell again soon.“
“Inside the store could use a little more atmosphere to it with music ? and a fresh smell like air freshener. If your not a buying customer and your just lounging around to use the electric to charge your phone, and people sleeping in the store is bad business and it doesn't look good for the store. The staff is polite and greeting, food is fresh and good ?? and the drive thru is fast“
“the food is good of course but you can't order inside so you have to go to the drive-through. the person taking my order kept on talking over me when I was talking and then would ask me what I said and when I would repeat myself she would talk over me again. they added mostly lettuce almost no meat but thats how i like it anyway. i order a slushy it was melted asked for a new one the lady got an attitude about it and started yelling at me so a new person re-made my drink. when i go home there was rat poop in my bag. (NOT MY FOOD)“
“I ordered online to pick up in store. The staff had ALL of my order ready when I arrived and it was packed super nicely. I asked if I could check it and the team member had no issues with that at all and even gave me another bag to sort my ginormous order. Store was clean, and everyone had great attitudes as far as I could tell. I'll definitely place my order online for pick up again.“
“I was pleasantly surprised by this older Taco Bell location. Despite intending to visit the one in White Marsh, my GPS led me here instead. To my delight, the crunchy taco supreme was both visually appealing and delicious, while the fiesta potatoes were fresh and generously topped with sour cream and cheese. I would gladly go out of my way to return to this hidden gem of a Taco Bell. The impeccable food quality and presentation speak volumes about the management and staff's dedication to providing exceptional service, a rare find in today's fast food world.
