Taco Bell in York

“Grabbed a bite to bring back to the hotel while visiting family. Food was hot, made right, and ready quickly. Staff was friendly. When I returned home to the west coast I forgot to update the selected restaurant & sent my order to this store by mistake. I called & the young man who answered got the manager (Melissa) immediately & she knew exactly how to fix the issue. She cancelled my order, so I could place a new one at the correct location. Great customer service & they didn’t make me feel silly or act like I was a burden. Huge relief!“

“I come here alot and they are awesome. All the staff are friendly and have very quick service. I had an issue where they put lettuce on my kids tacos ( ruined for her lol) and told me I could come back at a later to pick up free replacements. I really appreciate how they did right by me the only time I have ever had an issue with my order, and I have been eating here for years. Great customer service.“

“The person at the drive-through window was extremely polite during my visit yesterday evening around 7:00 PM. This level of courtesy is not something we typically experience at a drive-through window, and I truly appreciated it. It made my visit very pleasant, and I left feeling genuinely happy with the service and courtesy.“

“Cameron was super friendly, didn’t speak super fast or muffled like most drive thru employees and was easy to hear on the speaker. Loved how he lightened the mood by saying crew would have my food out in 3 1/2 seconds and asked if I wanted to count with him. My boyfriend made a comment a few weeks ago about an employee being really good and friendly and now we’re wondering if it’s Cameron. If so, he’s leaving a great positive lasting impression on the community.“
