I waited a few minutes while trying to make eye contact with a lady in the kitchen. She saw me, asked my last name, and handed me the order. Not exactly the most efficient process for a grab-n-go. After I got home the food was tasty but disappointed my chips were broken into small pieces. Maybe next time will be better!?“
