“I got the chai cupcake from Baked and Wired, and I personally didn't like the flavor as much. The cupcake itself felt a little dry, but the icing was decent. The thai iced tea was pretty good though. Regarding the atmosphere, it honestly felt a bit too noisy with the music and crowd to study, so I wouldn't recommend this place as a study spot, but the coffee was nice. Also, getting wifi is a problem here because it's so close to the waterfront.“
“So many Filipino desserts!! I came here from Arlington, VA by metro specifically for the ube halo halo. Worth it!It's a sizeable dessert & costs about $10. I couldn't finish it all. It's made with shaved ice?, which is unique. The shaved ice was so smooth, almost the consistency of firm, but creamy ice cream. The toppings were traditional. Highly recommend.The cashier was very nice. Everything is to go, & there isn't a dine in area. But the cashier let me sit on the small bench inside to eat my halo halo.I also bought an oval Leche flan, which I'll contribute to a small gathering in a few days. Cost $8. Probably could feed a small party of 6 people. The cashier said it will keep in the fridge for 1 week, which is perfect.“

I needed a last minute cake during the holiday season no less (Dec 23) and after contacting numerous bakers who could not accommodate me I found Tiered and Petite. Cotton not only squeezed me in for delivery, but made the MOST INSANELY GORGEOUS CAKE for my celebration. My friends legitimately thought I ordered a wedding cake for the celebration. Not only was it beautiful but it was delicious. The details on the cake were immaculate. Every small piece was edible. It was delivered at the exact time scheduled. Every aspect of this company is professional, the service and communication are excellent, and the cakes are WORTH EVERY PENNY.I will be ordering all my cakes from Tiered and Petite.“
“I recently tried Nothing Bundt Cakes for the first time and absolutely loved it! I got the strawberries and cream flavor bundt cake it was phenomenal . My favorite part was how moist the cake was. The cream cheese frosting was also delicious. There's a big shopping center parking lot in front of the store. There was also no line when I went and the service was friendly and efficient. I just picked a cake a the cashier rang me up.Compared to other popular options like Georgetown Cupcakes, Nothing Bundt Cakes literally takes the cake! I will be back to try other flavors!“

“This was probably the only place with endless vegan options in DC as far as desserts goes. It was blissfully overwhelming. I asked the SA for what the popular options were. She told me that for cakes the Vietnamese coffee cake, cookies: the Brooke, the chocolate oat cookie, and snickerdoodle and the cupcakes in general. I was eyeing the cake and decided to purchase the first two cookies as well. I sampled some of the Vietnamese iced coffee which was good, but on the sweet side for having with the cake. I ordered an almond milk cappuccino which was fantastic. The cake was alright, the texture was good, a lot vegan cakes tend to be dense but it was like an ordinary cake. The frosting was on the light side. The cake didn't have any distinct taste of spices that I was looking for as Vietnamese coffee and tea tends to have. It was just sweet. I'm hoping the cookies are more promising.“

“Kid-friendliness: My wife and our two boys were in DC from NC for 5 days to see the sights. We found Larry's on day two. My kids insisted on going back for three nights in a row. The ice cream was fantastic and the owners are wonderful!! The only thing that was disappointing was that we could not return for a fourth night. Larry's was the absolute highlight of our trip!!!!“

“Stopped in for the Bogo sale they had and this is such a pleasant store with pleasant employees! I've been getting cakes from them ever since I discovered them a few years ago. This was my first time visiting this location and as always I received great service. I ordered my cakes online and picked them up with ease. The employees even let me know about the new churro bundts that came out this week and I can't wait to try one! I'll definitely be back because these cakes are amazing and they offer tons of flavors. The cakes are also reasonably priced. I got the mini strawberry and crème cake and the mini white chocolate raspberry cake. Super tasty! They offer cakes for holidays, birthdays, and have seasonal flavors. Cute little bakery!“
