Excellent!5 year update: been eating Potbelly for 15 years. Potbelly has gone downhill so much...Too much change by some white collar business grads imo. The final straw is the rework of the rewards on the app. First they got rid of their good mayo, its now just cheap kraft cr##. Used be something special and rich. Bacon is different. I received an incorrect order via a delivery service. When I called the manager, she not only re-made my order on another day, but she also had it delivered to my office. Way to correct a mistake, Potbelly team!
