Shiki Fusion is located on the third floor of the mall by AMC and the food court. The restaurant has a beautifully decorated interior with green, blue and white colors and hints of gold. The big window looks like you are eating at a high rise, and you can’t even tell you are in a mall. The place is kid friendly and has ample seating. Guests can order off the tablet or from the service staff. The staff is attentive and welcoming, and the owner/manager comes to talk to guests. The menu offers sushi, Thai and Korean food, ideal for a group. Meal highlights include kimchi udon, which has a huge portion and is a bit on the heavier side, creamy kimchi udon, tricolor sushi with fresh fish, chirashi with fatty tuna, yellow tail, salmon, Uni and Tamago, Wagyu beef fried rice, rock shrimp, spicy edamame, shu mai, seafood Penang curry, salmon hibachi, salmon avocado salad, Shiki thai apps platter, Sunset roll, rock n roll, sashimi sampler, white tuna jalapeño, red Thai iced tea, Thai tea, Matcha cheesecake and Sakes. The sushi is some of the best, and the meal is light and yet very filling. The restaurant also has real wasabi, and the soy sauce is low sodium by default. It is a hidden gem and a great place for business lunch, happy hour, a nice date or birthday spot.
