I hear you should wait a while after a restaurant opens to try it. And honestly, the 2nd time was better, not that the first time was horrible or anything. There are some odd, yet tasty and fun, options. My advice is don't be afraid to try something different. And Definitely try their non-sushi sushi if raw fish isn't your thing. My only real critique is that the steak appetizer didn't have as much steak as I was hoping, though it was tasted great.

Ambiance : We walked in on Saturday, December 30th and it was super quiet. I'm thinking it was because of the holiday weekend but it felt very cozy in there. By my 2nd visit they had worked out the kinks and I'm happy I gave them another chance. Definitely some funky selections, but worth the risk. Had a hard time narrowing down appetizer choices that haven't tried an actual entree yet. But Definitely enjoyed apps and drinks both times. Wished there was a bit more steak on the steak appetizer, but it tasted great.
