“Last year there was major issues with the store they closed, they remodeled, and it appears they changed all of their policy and procedures as to what it should be. I travel all throughout the state of Maryland for my job and I frequent a lot of different subways and sub shops. I went in here on Saturday in the morning and I was blown away. They were freshly slicing meat in front of me restrooms were accessible, and the place was really clean. Customer service was on point. The store should be a role model for all of the other subways. Thank you for making corrective action.“

“My family and I have enjoyed Devens Deli for a few decades now. Deven, Hetal and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing people who make amazing food. When my family comes to town and I tell them I know where to get the best shrimp salad sandwich, they go back to Virginia knowing the place to go is Devens Deli. The Soft shell crab sandwich is awesome and a good price, as is the fantastic crab cakes (which can give any of those “4 star restaurants” a run for their money) 🦀👍. Hetal makes THE BEST chocolate eggs around the Easter season and my son and I made it a tradition to get them every year!! My cousins wedding was catered by Devens, I suggest you keep them in mind when having any event👍🤩“

tight inside when placing your order, the amount of food on my order was adequate,we at outside at a picnic table the have around the back of the restaurant.

Parking: Limited in front of the restaurant, but in the rear plenty.

We decided to watch the commanders vs the ravens here and I tried the bang bang shrimp bowl which was wonderfully tangy and balanced with the pickled veggies, green mix, and rice. This is a welcome addition to cross street market! I also love that they have easy ordering kiosks so you can wait in the seating area and get a text when your order is ready.“

“Excellent sandiwiches at a great price. At luch this place can be slammed but the staff is very efficient in taking orders and keeping people moving. They have a dinning area which is perfectly fine but I usually get mine to go.
Highly recomend you stop by.

“I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad's memorial service at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attend the service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. I remembered how much my dad liked Subway. My siblings took him there often. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently I called a different franchise down the road and I'm thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the owner contact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what was ordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He really took a load off my shoulders and I am grateful to him. I highly recommend you support his franchise!!!“

Really friendly people and the food was great.I stopped going to Subways about 3 years ago because I encountered 3 or 4 Subways whose employees were super rude. “This is now the *only* Subway I go to. Frankly, I never went to Subway until I discovered this place. The ingredients here seem exceptionally fresh & I am never shortchanged on them. I kno older reviews have a lot of complaints about not getting all the ingredients, etc.- but that must have been under a previous management. It's why I always sort reviews by most recent first.I always have particular tastes w/my orders & there is one employee at this location who knows exactly how to make my sandwich and he is always there when I go. (I will get his name & update my review.) I get the Double Monster in a wrap (instead of a roll) w/specific choices (Beef, Bacon, Pepper Jack Cheese, Chipolte sauce & all the toppings except jalapeños). He puts the ingredients in a specific order that he knows will work best. And tho it is a challenge to get the wrap to roll around all those ingredients - he gets it done perfectly every time. It's an art to watch & everyone in the store stops to watch him do it. The other employee kindly calls him from the back to come out when they see me enter the store...b/c they know I would like him to make my sandwhich. The other employee has made my sandwhich & did a perfectly good job - but there is a special rapport I have w/the one who regularly makes my sandwhich. And we have fun while he makes it.I always leave a good cash tip tho I pay by credit card for the sandwhich. I do this in most food shops & restaurants I go to b/c I don't know for sure whether the employees get the full tip in the credit card. Some places, the owners take a share of the tip on credit cards. It's the main reason I still carry cash around :-). Will update w/employee's name.“

Makes our subs doesn’t have a problem with our orders. She speaks clearly so we all understand and has a friendly smile on her face. I do my best to only come when she is working. The others that work there are not friendly and don’t seem to know what they are doing. The manager seems like she has an attitude so we stay clear from them. They weathered the pandemic and came out on the other side still able to provide affordable lunch options while still being fresh and high quality. “This was my first visit, my cousin recommended it to me. I ordered the corn beef on rye. It was good very good. Only thing it wasn’t as big compared to other corn beef sandwiches I’ve have. It was pricey but I’m guessing because it’s in the casino. If you don’t require lots of meat it’s worth it. It was clean and friendly. The ordering process is easy only thing the machine doesn’t allow you to choose your cheese.“

I went to pick it up and it was not even made, the order receipt was still on the printer. Then in the middle of making my order, the lady stopped and took an order of someone who walked in...“

“We were on a trip on Christmas Day, and my family was beyond hungry on this day and obviously nothing was open due to the holiday, but praise our Lord Father God we found this subway open as we were traveling and was able to stop and eat. “So I came in after an unfavorable experience at bubba gump down the street and didn't eat. I walked in was greeted by the two gentleman behind the counter could tell they were both happy. As I'm about to order a young kid walks in yelling demanding cookies and to be served to him in a specific manner and could tell the kid was agitated. The two young men behind the counter did as they would with any other customer and take their order and receive payment. I chose to let them take care of the kid to just get him out of the store ASAP. I could not commend how relaxed and professional the two workers were and how nice they were. I hope the owner of this subway knows how lucky he is to have these two guys working for him in the professional manner they composed themselves not only representing themselves but the store aswell. And I hope Subway itself sees this review.“
