The salads were each fresh and delicious and absolutely huge! The spinach salad, with plentiful bacon, walnuts, olives, feta, tomatoes and a sweet balsamic dressing was the best I've ever had. Also ordered a perfect large pizza and kid's menu mac n cheese, a Strawberry salad and a Pazani House Salad. Everything was amazing, as was the fast and friendly, courteous service! “My daughter and I are in Baltimore for the week. I am 100% Italian and she was craving pasta. After some research I settled on Chiapparelli’s. We went for lunch today. Loved the old school atmosphere and the food was delicious. Eating out has gotten so expensive and I am often disappointed with the food. Not today! We will be back every time we are in Baltimore.“

However, we did notice some hesitation from the staff when we asked for additional servings of bread or salad. “I tried to leave a review and it won't post so I will try again. My family and I ate dinner inside on Friday night after seeing the trains. They were extremely busy but to our surprise the food didn't take very long and was just as good as always. Our server (also the manager I believe as she was helping the counter area, as well as getting change for the employees up there) is really why I wanted to write this review. Our son has special needs and wanted HER to pour his apple juice into his cup. Mind you the restaurant is packed and so was carry out, she poured his juice and kept coming around and filling it up a bit more for him throughout our meal. She was so busy but made us feel like the only customers there. She neatly boxed our pizza for us even though she was very busy and I told her she didn't have to do that for us. All in all was a great dinner, Amazing food and fantastic service. They do get very busy and you might wait a bit for a table but it is worth every second of the wait. You won't be disappointed. As far as carry out goes we were sitting right next to the carry out area and the line was across the mall and pizzas stacked on their oven. They were very busy but they seem to get through the line pretty fast so although you might have to wait a few mins to get to where you order the food is worth it. I would watch a man bring up bagged orders and then within a minute our server would check the bags hand certain ones to the people working carry out and yell a number I believe this was to get the people here already waiting their food right away. Seemed like they have a working system for this crazy time. So although the lines seem very long it wasn't bad at all. Our kids also loved the trains. Was the first year they are old enough to really enjoy them and enjoy them they did!“

Commented on how well behaved our school was. We ended up ordering 15 pizzas for Friday night, they gave us 20 bucks off and carried all 15 pizzas to the car for us. We will definitely be back! “On weekend trip to aquarium and came here after reading reviews cuz the grandkid wanted pasta. Arrived about 7 and got the last table. Server quickly arrived for drink order then manager came quickly behind to take the food order. Though he was moving things along, we did not feel rushed. Food was great! Half order of spaghetti with one giant meatball was perfect for our 12 year old granddaughter. Italian and cheesesteak subs were big and we each only ate half. If you get the side salad, you better like parm (we do!). Great draft beer selection including IPAs.“
