“I’m usually not a big fan of Dunkin recently but my husband wanted to go. We get there and there is a long line, the workers behind the counter apologize and tell us that there are only 3 workers today, that everyone else has called out. Even though they were over whelmed and understaffed they continued to stay very nice with everyone. They continued to apologize for our wait. They continued to work as a team and get things done. Our food and coffee came out really good as well. I can relate to this issues and very much appreciate the service of these employees. Great job guys!“

“Shame on these reviews for being so hard on the newcomers. Instead of bashing them, people should give proper advice. With new things come challenges I also see a lot of effort! The baristas who made my drink today were sweet, very knowledgeable about the drinks, understood exactly what I wanted, and were also quick. I do think there’s room for improvement when it comes to food availability and some drink availability but overall the service was great. Life is too short to sweat the small things like overpriced coffee I been to plenty Starbucks and everybody tends to make mistakes (SOMETIMES). I will be coming back!“
