“Food is fresh and good, for McDonald's, but the customer service leaves a bit to be desired. More than once I've gotten a bag of food with the fries dumped in the bottom with a pile of burgers stacked on top, making everything a greasy mess. And if you do curbside they never bring you the sauce you ordered for nuggets or straws when you get drinks. But again, the food is on the better side for a McDonald's.“

“Customer service is excellent! I was delivered 2 pizzas that had must have been made by someone training. I do not complain very much, but this was completely unacceptable. I called the store and spoke with the Restaurant’s Manager Terrance. He was very professional about the entire thing and made things right. 100% satisfied and will continue to choose Papa John’s for Pizza nights! Thank you Terrence!“

“I’m giving 5 stars not only because the food was great but mainly because the young lady was working there all by herself and seemingly keeping up with mobile orders AND people waiting in line. She didn’t rush too fast to where the quality suffered, but she didn’t move too slow to where everyone had to wait. I think it’s ridiculous that they have only one employee during such a busy time, but she did a great job. I wish I could have tipped her, but the owner takes the tips for themself.

Very impressed with the employee and the food she prepared. The sub was perfect exactly as I asked for and she didn’t lazily fuj the dipper like I see at almost every subway!

She earned the 5 star review for this subway by herself. I think it’s ridiculous she is forced to cover such a busy time by herself and not even allowed to keep the tips!

If I could give the owner/franchisee 0 stars and the employee 5 I would, but my experience was great there because of the service. Get her a raise!“

“Really enjoy their flame broiled chicken, and sauces. The young man, Hasni, who has taken my order several times, is very courteous and patient. and always willing to assist or answer any questions you have.“

“After ordering and paying for food on my mobile app, I got in my car only to find out that the storm that knocked out my power, also knocked down trees blocking my ability to pick up my order. I called the restaurant and the call was picked up on the first ring. He patiently waited while I tried to find a better spot because my cell service was horrible. He was empathetic and immediately put his manager on the phone who was so understanding and courteous. She pulled up my order, confirmed my info and said she would reach out to the district manager. The next morning I was able to check my email and saw that the entire order had been credited. It is refreshing when something works so well. I’m grateful to the team at the Prince Frederick MD Five Guys restaurant. They have our repeat business“

“A few years ago I would have told you this was the worst McDonald's in America. Now though, I'm not sure if ownership or management changed or what, but now I'd say it's probably the best McDonald's I've been to. The food is always hot and fresh, never tastes like it's been drying out under a heat lamp. The people who work there are universally pleasant and helpful and the always fast, especially considering how busy this McDonald's seems to stay all day long. Well done turning this place around.“

“Great experience. Ms Jean is a great hostess and caters to everyone's needs. So firsthand when someone spilled their salad all over the floor. Not only did she clean it up but got the customer another salad and salad dressing. We felt like we were in a restaurant.“
