“I’ve been coming to the freeze since I was a little kid, and it has never failed me as the most consistent ice cream place around. I’m glad they’ve been able to stay open so long, and after seeing a review criticizing the rise in prices, I’m thrilled seeing a traditional family owned ice cream parlor stay open in todays market. I’ll pay for their milkshakes any day. Without places like Procolino’s, Louisa’s, and The Freeze, the charm of Chestertown would dwindle for me and many others. I speak for all residents of Chestertown and people in the area that The Freeze is more than an ice cream place, it is a home. I love this place and always will.“

“We had great service. Food was well prepared and hot. As always staff did a fine job and were polite. I had just had a 12 hr fasting blood draw and thier tasty prompt service was very much appreciated! Chestertown MD Macdonalds deserves an A+ from this lady today!

Dietary restrictions: Wish they served lactose free milk. I always get orange juice for that reason.“

“The town is fortunate to have a Subway restaurant- but the overall experience is a bit lacking (like 4 instead of 5 stars lacking).

The menu is expensive but I don’t like that you can’t get the best price unless you order with app. Really?

The tables were clean and the staff was friendly. Helpful and knowledgeable too.

The meal was tasty and seems fresh- but with everything pre portioned and pre-prepped for building sandwiches, how do we know.

I think the bread choices save the day for this restaurant. I’m liking the Ghost Pepper option. That was tasty.
