“The particulars of a McDonald’s review always hang on two factors. How well is the location run (how is the team and leadership) and is it clean?
Food is within 1% the same every time, which is why you come here right? The smile (or the scowl) of the team member that hands you the tray is a big part.
Today, things were all good with the team and food came fast. The Restaurant and the restroom were both in good shape and the dining room was in good order.
I can recommend this location. Thanks to this operator for my meal and the experience.“

“At first I had a bad experience with one of my subs. Couple days later Sunny remembered who I was and we talked for a bit about the misunderstanding that we had when I ordered the sub. He wants to make sure his customers are happy and I respect that. We had a great conversation together and hashed out the misunderstanding. It’s water under the bridge so I appreciate that they take time out of their day to address different things that happen.“

“I’ve been coming to the freeze since I was a little kid, and it has never failed me as the most consistent ice cream place around. I’m glad they’ve been able to stay open so long, and after seeing a review criticizing the rise in prices, I’m thrilled seeing a traditional family owned ice cream parlor stay open in todays market. I’ll pay for their milkshakes any day. Without places like Procolino’s, Louisa’s, and The Freeze, the charm of Chestertown would dwindle for me and many others. I speak for all residents of Chestertown and people in the area that The Freeze is more than an ice cream place, it is a home. I love this place and always will.“
