“I met a friend for lunch here and we really enjoyed it. The nachos were everything I wanted at a portion size that made sense of the price. They’re great for sharing with ample, generous toppings. The salad topped with steak did not disappoint either. My kid has allergies to carrots and they kindly substituted carrot sticks for celery sticks with her kids Mac-n-Cheese. I didn’t want to give her fries for a double carb so the substitute was much appreciated.The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was great. I’ll definitely return.Kid-friendliness: Kind, accommodating and the music wasn’t too loud or vulgar.“

“My wife and I arrived shortly after Saturday morning opening. A cheerful Giovanni promptly welcomed us. I informed him we would be a party of 5 or 6, the rest of our party would be there shortly. Giovanni welcomed us to wait at the bar, and handed us menus to get familiar with. He also offered to prepare any drinks we might be interested in and mentioned several. We do not drink, but hung out at the front. We mentioned we were celebrating my daughter's birthday. This was our first visit here. When the rest of our party arrived, Mark had our table ready. Giovanni brought us to the table. He took care of water and checking if we wanted any other beverages. After that, we ordered two starters. A dozen oysters on the half shell, and their smoked fish platter. Both were very well presented and very appetizing. We ordered our entrees sometime during the appetizers. Giovanni was continously smiling, joking around, and very happy in general. Our main course were served in a timely manner. Everyone ordered something different. Every dish was very well prepared and presented. The serving sizes were generous, from our point of view. We were full and satiated, but not stuffed. Everything was fresh looking and fresh tasking. The seasoning brought out the natural flavors of the proteins and sides. Everyone had a clean plate at the end. To our surprise, Giovanni brought over a desert with a candle in it. He led us in a happy birthday song. Obviously we were very happy with the entire experience and look forward to visiting again.“

“I have been going there since it opened. All of the owners have been great people. Rich and his staff are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Trivia night is always fun. They’re beer and wine selections. Are very good as well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.“

“This is probably one of the better places I've been at recently. Got a flight with the 60, 90, 120 min IPA. The 120 min was 17% alcohol and tasted like hard liquor more than beer and couldn't finish it. Of course, the rest of the flight was great.I got the Jambalaya and the cajun egg rolls. Everything was excellent and I would highly recommend them. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect, and our waitress was on point.“

“Nice place, good tables and equipment, good food, and great service from the staff. It's tucked back in a hole behind a cigar shop, but worth the search. It's a pool hall with a bar, instead of a bar with a few pool tables, so the crowd seems more serious about playing and having a good time. I've been there a few times, and see myself coming back, easily.“

The separate bar area is cool, easy to hop in for happy hour.I personally did not like the Hush puppies, they ended up not being my cup of tea. But I would recommend you try them, my friends liked them. Rest of the food was great. Definitely try the green sauce, it's not spicy and the flavor really pops.Clean restaurant, fast and friendly service, would recommend.Vegetarian options: For entre, they only had veggie tacos, guac on the veggie taco was extra, and the veggie assortment was lacking. “Such an awesome place! The beer on tap is such a great selection, the owner and beertenders are all fun and nice. The regulars are all fun and welcoming. There's also a store side where you can buy beer and wine, all great selections. Highly recommend them for your next alcohol purchase on the go or to just go and chill.“

“We go to Brews and Barrels regularly and love it! The food is excellent. They have the best ribs and tacos in Mont. County. And their staff has the best customer service I've seen anywhere. Companies should do case studies on Brews and Barrels on how to train staff!! Will, who is often our server is awesome!!!“

“I love this place! They have a bunch of local and craft beers on tap and one of the best selections of beers for retail in the area. If there is a beer you are looking for but can’t find, as long as the county sticks it, Ashish (the fabulous, friendly owner) will order it. The store is very clean and bright, I never have trouble finding parking, and the prices are on par with other stores. In the wine side of things, there is a good variety and prices seem a little lower than other area stores.“

The to go person was nice and brought out my food and drink in the rain…I didn’t even check in (I was going to walk in and get it so they wouldn’t have to come out without a raincoat.Chips were nice and warm, and well salted. No burnt pieces, and very few overly greasy chips - maybe 2 or 3 max. The Santa Fe salad with crispy chicken tenders was so good. I love the spicy orange sauce and fresh avocado. Lastly, their coke is almost as good as McDonald’s, it’s very refreshing and has a nice carbonation to it unlike a lot of restaurants lately where it’s a bit flat tasting. Nice job here“
