“I had an amazing experience at this restaurant ( I think my favorite restaurant ) yesterday . I had to change the time of my reservation while already at the restaurant due to late arrival of the others in my group. They graciously switched the reservation . Enrico was very helpful with a few other concerns I had about my group. The bartender was friendly and made an amazing drink while I waited for my company to arrive . Our waiter Marcello was wonderful and the food was melt in your mouth delicious ! They also have gluten free pasta and pizza dough in case someone in your group is gluten free. Can’t say enough about this restaurant that makes you feel like you are part of the family !“

“I am from Baltimore and while working in Germantown I wanted something to eat other than fast food. I went into Paisano's around 530pm and was greeted so nicely by a young woman. I did not want a sub because Montgomery Co normally you get a steak um and that is what I am used too. I ordered the chicken Parmigian with pasta. Wow the sauce was amazing, pasta was perfect, the breaded chicken was covered in cheese. The garlic bread was so good. Great price, large portion that I could not finish. I told the girl behind counter that the food was awesome and it made this fatboy happy. I am 6'4 & 280lbs and I wanted to hug everyone but I did not want to scare anyone. Thank you!“

“We were in Gaithersburg for a soccer tournament with our son. We googled nearby Italian restaurants and stumbled upon Il pizzico. Being of Sicilian descent, I noticed they had some familiar foods you can’t just get anywhere and made a reservation. What a pleasant surprise! From the carpaccio and arancini appetizers, pasta and risotto to the gelato and cannoli desserts, everything was 5 stars. We will be back in the spring!“

“We had a really good experience overall. The food was great, especially the fettuccine with shrimp and steak, that dish was honestly excellent.

The only disappointment was the shrimp linguine. The sauce didn’t taste well-balanced and it felt like it wasn’t mixed or prepared properly, which was surprising compared to how good the rest of the food was.“

“This restaurant has become a family favorite! My husband and I regularly come for date nights, but we also love to bring the whole family. The rockfish dish is my regular order, but the veal scallopini, mussels, and the chicken piccata are other family favorites. They are all delicious and we have yet to order a dish here that isn’t perfect. We have also hired them for catering and they did an excellent job. Highly highly recommend going, you will not be disappointed.“

“Pizza was very good. Regular cheese, well done, was one of the best in the area. We also got the 5 cheese which was both unique and delicious.

The Italian beef sandwich was very good. Flavors were great, the giardiniera had a mild heat, and the beef was thin, tender and …beefy. Recommend ordering a second cup of jus to really get the bread wet.“

The rigatoni, the dinner salad and the salmon kabobs were all well-prepared, great portion, very enjoyable. But the star of the meal was the Italian meatball appetizer, which could be a meal to itself. Let me say that my mother’s side is Southern Italian from outside of Naples, and was part of the immigrant generation 100 years ago that invented spaghetti and meatballs. I have never had a restaurant meatball that compares to our family recipe. Until now. This comes very close. Big meatballs, full of flavors, made with care, excellent sauce. I was so pleased. The decor is bright, the owners are friendly, the vibe is a warm neighborhood spot. It is a short walk from the Shady Grove Metro Station, on the other side of 355 from King Farm. “Inferno, I must say that your pizza is the best I’ve eaten outside of Italy. All I can say about your food is that it easily beats all other napoletana pizza restaurants. My main issue with you is your service. I arrived with my family at 17:00, and inside, when I asked the person at the front desk for the wait time, she said it was 90 minutes. 90 minutes! That seems a little much, right? And instead of kindly telling us the wait time she said it unkindly and as though annoyed that I was there. Also these guys should give reservations. When I finally got back to the restaurant, I found myself in an atmosphere that was EXTREMELY noisy. Also, when it was time to look at the menu, we had to scan a QR code. That basically destroys the purpose of the service: Traditionally, you would always receive impeccable service. Now you can’t even give menus? I can understand the rudeness of your waiters and all slightly because they all are in high school or college, but overall I want to say that your food is excellent, but you’ve got to work on service. Maybe think of adding reservations.“

“I live about 20 minutes away from this Ledo’s. There are two Ledo’s in my hometown and while dough, sauce and cheese is always a winning combo, the taste at these two Ledo’s is consistently inconsistent. I overheard that the Damascus Ledo’s is the best one and taste just like the original in College Park. Hands-down, I gotta say it does. It was worth the 20 minute drive. I will now only be ordering from this one when I get a hankering for pizza. Thank you to the Damascus Ledo’s restaurant for preserving such a singular taste! Can’t wait to return!!“

“Our server, ALIEU, was phenomenal, and the manager, Babaoucar, was incredibly attentive throughout our visit. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for.

I especially appreciate that this is a family-owned franchise. You can tell they take pride in their service and go above and beyond to make every guest feel valued.

Although I live in Annapolis, I would gladly make the trip again because the food, customer service, and overall experience were outstanding. The staff worked together seamlessly, and the hospitality was second to none.
