“Wonderful experience. We loved our waiter, Gabe. My husband and I made reservations for our anniversary. He told us congratulations and offered us each a complimentary glass of champagne right off the bat. We soon had warm bread brought to our table and then we ordered cocktails and two appetizers. All delicious. Baked brie was phenomenal. My husband had the filet mignon & I ordered a ribeye. Both were cooked to perfection. After we were nearly stuffed, Gabe offered us a complimentary dessert to share. Overall an amazing experience. Cozy atmosphere. Excellent service and the food came out quickly. “Cakes Plus was awesome. I purchased two cakes within 3 months. One being a wedding and the other was a Sweet 16. From sitting down with flavor options to the patience of our design selection, these ladies were professional and knowledgeable. During the pickup, the representative was patient with explaining how to debox the wedding cake. I was surprised and grateful to hear of the free anniversary tier. We returned two days later for the Sweet 16 cake. They accommodated us by adding some details on the spot. Thanks for making our weekend festivities a success. I will add pics later.“

“I just want to give a shout out to the N&C on Dobbin in Columbia. They made the BEST Penne Rosa I have ever had. All my veggie substitutions were correct and they were so fresh and delicious. My online order wasn’t ready when I arrived and the nice guy behind the counter gave me a free soda since I had to wait a few mins. It was just a lovely experience and delicious food. Thank you :)“

Then I highly recommend you begin your visit by asking for Angie to take care of you/your friend or family. I walked into Red Robin after the lunch rush. Angie appeared to be prepping for the next rush of customers. However, she turned away from her current task and asked me if I needed help. I had lots and lots of question, as I was preparing to have a family dinner there the next day. From the moment she welcomed me and offered to assist, she presented to me that I had 100% of her attention. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional and kind, PRECISELY demonstrating all the qualities that make for a wonderful guest experience. Angie, keep up the great work! “My family and I dined here twice, and our experiences were quite different. On our first visit, the setup was confusing. Menus were placed in a stand away from the ordering counter, and we weren’t informed that silverware, drinks, and condiments were self-serve. I had to ask around to find everything, which was frustrating. I tipped, though in hindsight, I’m not sure why given the self-service model. However, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant, which made up for the initial confusion.

We returned on 5/16, hoping for another great meal, but this visit was disappointing. My son’s eggs were missing cheese, and my breakfast lacked sausage. When I asked about the missing items, the staff acted as though I was doing something wrong, which felt unwelcoming. Additionally, my over-medium eggs were well-done, with only one yolk in what seemed like a double egg white. When I brought this to the counter, the cook dismissively said, “I’m not doing it, give it to someone else.” Thankfully, the manager stepped in, apologized, and promptly addressed the issue. Unfortunately, the replacement eggs were undercooked, and by then, the rest of my meal had gone cold.The issues seemed to stem from the cook on duty that day, who may have been having an off day. It was disappointing after such a great first visit.

While the food has potential, the inconsistent service and poor handling of mistakes on the second day left a negative impression, but I'd definitely give them another try in the future.“
